Beach Access: Public Dune Allen Beach Access is approximately a 2-minute walk from the home and offers public parking and restrooms.
Pool & Spa Heating: Optional heating is available October through April for an additional fee. Please request pool heating prior to arrival so everything is ready for your stay.
Coffee Maker: Regular
Baby Gear: Crib, Pack 'n Play, and Highchair are available for $50 each per stay. Additional baby gear rentals can be arranged through Live The Gulf Coast.
Pet Policy
• Dogs only; no cats.
• $250 non-refundable fee per pet.
• Maximum of 2 dogs under 50 lbs each.
• Certain breeds are not permitted (see restricted breed list below).

Restricted Breeds:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.
