Just a block and a half from the beach, this 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Hampton. Inside, guests find a soothing living room with a comfy sofa lounge, ideal for relaxing evenings. A fully appointed kitchen with a coffee bar and all kitchen amenities.

The calming bedrooms offer a mix of bed sizes, including a king, a queen bunk with a twin xl top, and a queen with a twin xl trundle providing plenty of space for everyone. The main bathroom features a bathtub/shower with the downstairs bathroom holding a cozy shower and a washer/dryer. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner as well as a hair dryer are provided in both bathrooms.

We are seconds from night life, and only moments to serenity. The property has two designated parking spaces available, so once you are here you never need to drive anywhere.

Outdoors we have a refreshing shower area with hot and cold water for rinsing after a day at the beach. Enjoy the rock garden while using the electric barbecue grill for lunch or dinner gatherings. Also featuring a small table and four chairs for relaxing and congregating.

Under the porch we have beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach tent, a wagon and toys for all your day time beach adventures.

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of activities or gathering for a quiet night in, this quaint home creates a welcoming atmosphere. Have a movie night on the large wrap around couch or a fireworks adventure out on the beach and fall in love with Hampton enjoying the magic it has to offer.

I’m originally from Newburyport, MA, and I have a deep love for this seacoast area. I enjoy traveling, decorating, and hosting, and bringing those passions together is what makes sharing this home so meaningful to me. As a co-host, I chose this location because it gives you the true Hampton Beach experience without the downsides that sometimes come with being right in the middle of everything. I wanted a place where you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still come home to a quieter, more relaxed space. Perkins Avenue felt like the perfect balance—close to the ocean and all the fun, yet tucked away enough to feel comfortable and livable. It’s the kind of spot where you can enjoy busy beach days and still have a peaceful place to recharge, which is exactly what I wanted to offer guests.

I love 16B Perkins Avenue because it captures everything I personally look for in a beach getaway. It’s close enough to the ocean that I can walk to the sand in minutes, but just far enough away to feel calm and comfortable at the end of the day. A lot of care into making this space welcoming, easy, and relaxing—somewhere you can come back to after the beach, rinse off, and unwind. Being able to start the morning with a short walk to the water and end the evening enjoying the quieter side of Hampton Beach is what makes this place so special to me, and I’m excited to share that experience with you.
