Soak up the sea air on the deck of this beach house, located directly across the street of the beautiful shores of Hampton Beach. Recently renovated in much of the house, this update floorplan has everything you need. from the outside beach shower so you don't bring the beach with you, to the updated kitchen with large island for easy food prep, to the mother-in-law suite with full bath, wet bar, and mini-fridge, to the gorgeous deck off the master bedroom, for your vaca! ***SORRY NO PETS*** ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE APRIL- OCT. Free beach lot access Nov. - March.

Could not have been better

Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is immaculate and fully stocked. Location is ideal for beach walks and watching the sunrise. Owner was accessible at all time. I wouldn’t change on thing.

Absolutely Perfect

Amazing beach getaway

Location was perfect, steps from the beach, watched fireworks from the upstairs balcony, short walk to shopping and restaurant's. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bedding and towels, even shampoo and soaps in showers! Made for easy packing! Will definitely plan to book again!

Family Beach Vacation

Excellent location with plenty of room for our family of five. Direct beach access, off street parking, central air, front porch, and an awesome balcony upstairs to check out the fireworks! Memories for a lifetime.

Cozy comfortable cottage

Charming property in a great oceanfront location. Well equipped kitchen, large bright eating area, comfortable and cozy living room. Due to stormy weather, we were unable to do the easy walk to conveniences, but the view of the stormy sea and the comfort of the house made up for that.

Friends Weekend

Property is well situated and well equipped. Property owner was easy to communicate with. This cottage was suitable for our weekend needs and we created some great memories despite hurricane Lee’s attempts to spoil our plans.

This is tough so I'm just going to go with....WOW!!!!!!!

This was our second stay at Larissa's Hampton Beach property. We are planning another visit in 2024. Her home is decorated perfectly. Warm and welcoming. The communication was flawless. Larissa always had the answers to any questions I asked. Absolutely perfect location - particularly with a toddler. We enjoyed every moment of every day!!

Beautiful beach house

Perfect location. Walk across the street to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great upstairs deck with a gas firepit. We spent many nights watching the moon come up and making smores. We would definitly stay here again!

Perfect family vacation!!

Can't beat this location! Directly across the street from Hampton Beach away from the crowds! My wife and I took our three young kids and they had a blast playing by the rocks where tide pools offered up endless fun. They found countless shells, little crabs, sea snails, and more! The boardwalk was a very short walk away too! At night, we thoroughly enjoyed people watching on the front porch while the kids were sleeping. And we all went up to the balcony to enjoy the fireworks display on Wednesday! Larissa was an awesome host and responsive all week long. This place was truly a home away from home for us and we're looking forward to coming back next year!

First beach vacation

Absolutely perfect beach house! My great grandsons first beach vacation and he loved it! The location so close to the beach, the fireworks, the house was amazing! I have been going to Hampton Beach for 60+ years and this beach house outshines all the others!! We can’t wait to return next summer for more fun in the sun☀️☀️

Wonderful beach house

The location of the house is perfect. Well located in front of the beach. Shops and restaurants nearby. The house is welcoming and clean, well decorated and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and Larissa always answered all our questions quickly. We recommend Larissa's house.

Great home and location

We had a great stay in this lovely house for our family! Great location and walking distance to many great restaurants. The beach right in front of the house was our favorite corner of the beach with all the cool rocks. Fun for all!

Hi! My husband and I have 4 beautiful children, and we love to travel! I was raised in South Dakota, my husband was born in Miami, and after living in Florida for the last 5 years, we are excited for a change in pace to travel up to the Northeast with our children. We want to have them experience snow, being near the ocean and lakes, and hiking in the mountains.

As we have used vacation rental providers all over the United States for our travels, we are so excited to be a host of multiple properties! We love our home in Hampton Beach, with the amazing views, the updated inside, setting the setting near all the shopping and restaurants you could want! Let's not forget the nightly fireworks display over the ocean that the local tend to put on, and the city puts on every Wednesday night during peak travel dates.

There is a gas fireplace for those cool nights, two sitting areas that overlook the beach (one off the master bedroom, and one on the first floor newest room).
