Great location, right on the beach. Bedrooms a little on the smaller side. Clean and close to boardwalk.There were 3 of us and it was perfect

Fantastic Condo on Hampton Beach

An excellent condo on Hampton Beach! Our entire experience was wonderful - communication with the owners, check-in process, accuracy of the condo listing. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Views and beach access are amazing. Communications with the owners were prompt and clear. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great stay!

This is a beautiful place to stay and exactly as described. The beach is steps away and so quiet & peaceful! I spect most of my time either at the beach or on the porch! Owners are quick to reply if anything is needed. **The only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because the elevator was broken during my stay. I packed too much stuff and it was a lot to carry up 2 flights of stairs. This wasn’t the owners fault and they did everything they could to get it repaired. I can wait to come back!

Quick Trip

We stayed only for 1 night way off season. Beautiful view of the sunrise. This place would be great in the summer.

Great Hidden Gem in Hampton

Last minute getaway for wife and I for weekend. The place was perfect. Could easily also handle two kids or even second couple. Communication with Host was great and responsive. The place is nicely decorated and updated. I have walked past this condo building for years up at Hampton and had no idea the units were this nice. The sea breeze and wave sounds are so nice to take in. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great spot in Hampton Beach

Nice unit right on the beach. Good amenities, and well kept. Good communication. Easy walking distance to the main drag in Hampton Beach. Recommended.

Perfect condo for Hampton Beach

We stayed from July 16-20th. The condo porch faces the beach with a lovely, unobstructed view. The beach is a very short walk from the unit. Upon arrival, we found the unit to be clean and fully stocked with beach items (chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.), kitchen items and linens. There is an AC unit that we used only while sleeping or cooking, and we kept the house open to the sea breeze during the day and early evening so we could enjoy the porch. It is really a great setup for a week at the beach. We are a family of four; there was plenty of room to sleep and move around. Plenty of sitting/lounging space. The small washer dryer was a nice bonus for towels and such. The appliances are very nice and easy to use. They had every type of dish and utensil necessary as well. That was all the factual information. Our emotional experience was a joyful one. The place feels like it was designed with care and the communication of the hosts was top notch. There are books, games and a nice TV (for rainy days). There is an illustrated book with information about the area that the hosts made as well. The ocean sounds are ever-present and the whole vibe of the place emits relaxation. Every morning, we put our chairs on the beach and enjoyed each day. It honestly couldn’t have been better. Thank you!

Awesome get away pad

Great location, beautiful and clean condo. Parking down the street and the shower size was a negative, but the sunrises, fully stocked cabinets and comfort were great!

Small but nice

Whoever invented those fisheye, panoramic camera lens? Photos of this and actual reality are not the same place. But, it was nice, clean and the beach location excellent. The key to operate elevator everytime was annoying but a security plus. The garge being only 66 inches high was a major negative. We had to park 200 yards from the property on a busy avenue with people walking it even late at night. Folks, inquire if there is outdoor parking or bring your littlest vehicle, not all units are allowed outside parking. All in all, nice place, worth the cost, location great, beds comfortable.

Amazing views

This was a short getaway for us and the condo was comfortable and well appointed for cooking, etc. The best part was being able to walk right out the door and onto the beach and seeing the sunrises directly in front of us every morning. Lovely spot!
