CCV - AMAZING & LUXURIOUS 4BR villa w/ private pool, hot tub and access to Golf
Casa de la Ballena is a luxurious, large 4 bedroom villa overlooking the 17th fairway of the private Quivira golf course.
The space
Casa de Ballena offers so many amenities; you may find you don't want to leave the villa! Careful thought has gone into every detail to make to make your visit a special as possible from a variety of outdoor amenities, luxurious beds, Oribe toiletries, artwork and beautiful furnishings.
Included with the stay is the use of a 6-person golf cart (with a separate signed agreement and proof of insurance and a valid driver's license).
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook every meal if you desire . . . . including a Keurig/pot coffee maker, a blender, microwave, margarita machine, full-sized oven, instant pot, griddle, waffle maker, air fryer, KitchenAid mixer, slow cooker, food processor, etc.
Both living areas have large 4G Smart TVs with Hulu and an Amazon Firestick. The upstairs living area has a full size pullout sofa and an Xbox
Casa de la Ballena has 4 bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom on the main level.
The bedrooms are:
- 3 bedrooms with King Beds (one on the main level)
- 1 bedroom with a Queen bed
The first floor master bedroom offers privacy and convenience while three bedrooms upstairs are connected by a second living area and a kitchenette with a sink, wine refrigerator and coffee maker.
Each bedroom has an iphone/apple watch/airpod charger, a 4G smart TV with complimentary SLING for live tv viewing, an aromatherapy diffuser and a SNOOZ sound machine.
Additionally, there is a King Koil air mattress and a pullout sofa in the upstairs living room.
For those who hate to miss a workout while on vacation we have plenty of fitness equipment!
Upstairs you will find the workout area with a TRX system, a Peloton bike+ (you can bring your own shoes or we have cage adapters to wear with your sneakers). There are also Peloton weights (2 lbs, 3 lbs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 15 lbs, 20 lbs), a Peloton mat, Peloton resistance bands and Peloton Yoga strap and blocks. The exercise room offers an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean - perfect to watch for whales from November - March!
In the garage, you will find tennis rackets, pickle ball equipment, pool floats and toys and putters for the putting green. There is a complimentary fitness center in the Copala clubhouse and tennis/pickleball courts at Pacifica and Sunset.
Step outside the sliding glass doors to your own outdoor oasis with views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. On the main terrace, you'll find an amazing firepit with seating for 10, a putting green, a swimming pool, an over-sized hot tub, 4 lounge chairs, a dining area with a grill.
Walk upstairs to the rooftop terrace to enjoy amazing views, a large hot rub which seats 7 people, a fire pit and sofa, two lounge chairs, a billiard table and a second grill.
Other amenities include high speed wifi, a vpn router that allows guests to watch US television, a large-sized washer and dryer with detergent provided, board games, a wireless speaker, binoculars, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler and cornhole.

This unit is a special part of our CaboCondoVacations portfolio of 5-star short-term and long-term rental units. Our CaboCondoVacations team is onsite 7 days a week and our owners live in Quivira full time. We own or manage over 25 vacation units in Quivira and are uniquely knowledgeable and helpful on getting the most out of your visit. Our CaboCondoVacations team is on site 7 days a week to make every minute of your vacation perfect.
Copala is a full-ownership family community with private secure gate. You will feel like you are in an upscale USA or Canadian community + all the advantages of Mexican weather, culture, food and fun!
RESORT/COMMUNITY ACCESS INCLUDES:
Copala (full ownership community)
-Secure private gated community
-There are 7 guest accessible pools! The highlight is the Copala clubhouse which has 2 pools (kiddy pool + family infinity pool with fantastic ocean, mountain and desert views), large family sized jacuzzi, a deli, spa, gym, bar & grill, large media room, and more.
-On-site tienda for essentials you may have forgotten (toothpaste, tequila, hats, sunscreen, chips...)
Guests have access and discounts to some Pueblo Bonito resort amenities but not all. Specifically:
Within the resorts I would recommend:
• ’The After’ Sports bar and restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts.
• ’The Market’ Food Hall at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts. This Market area features several different types of food (Deli, Asian, Mexican, Pasta, etc.) which share a common seating area and central bar area.
• The Quivira Golf Clubhouse steakhouse and seafood restaurant & bar is not associated with the resorts and our guests have access and discounts. For breakfast and lunch you can often walk in without reservations however reservations are required at dinner (on even priority with hotel guests).
• Our guests can access reservable restaurants at the resorts however they are exceptionally busy over the holidays and other busy seasons. The resorts prioritize hotel guests and limit non hotel guests. Practically speaking, there is absolutely no commitment of guest access to resort reservable restaurants.
• Our guests do not have access to Pueblo Bonito pools or pool bars unless they purchase the All-Inclusive package at the resorts. This is a new policy in 2025 and any listings claiming to allow this access are out of date.
• There are numerous excellent restaurants which have recently opened just outside the Quivira gates given the rapid growth of the Quivira population. These are excellent options with great variety, quality, and value. Please ask for recommendations.
- Golf at the private Quivira Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus signature course, voted one of the 100 greatest golf courses by Golf Digest. Guests will receive 25% off green fees.
The registered guest, as listed in the reservation, must be present in the home. We do not allow booking on behalf of other guests.
