Our group consisted of those 45-55 years old, and given that 5 of the bedrooms were suites with private baths, it suited us very well. The 'common' space upstairs was perfect for our group of 10, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool was a bit cold initially but the house manager bumped up the temperature (it's gas heated), and from then on it, it was perfect. The dual refrigerator was priceless, allowing all our drinks to go into the pull out, and food in the upright. The ice maker was also a great addition. We were all very happy with the comfort of the beds, sheets and towels as well. Not much time was spent watching tv, but we were impressed by the sizes of the tv's as well, for those that did watch some sports. Our trip consisted of two chef and cocktail nights at the house, which was amazing, and I highly recommend if you are staying for any decent duration (we were a week). The location was also perfect for trips downtown, the marina (whale watching, booze, snorkling tour), or even to restaurants like Sunset Monalisa. With Uber easily accessible down here, we often were back and forth. Oh, and pickleball is close! Our only feedback for improvement would be to update the wifi, especially on the main, common floor area. You for instance can't get any reception in the master bedroom, and even in the common area, or patio you would only get one bar (making streaming music a challenge).Note on the kids bunks, one bunk is toddler size.
