Welcome to The Cozy Comb — a modern townhome in Charlotte’s vibrant Lower South End (LoSo). Enjoy a relaxed yet energetic stay with walkable breweries and dining, easy light rail access to Uptown, and quick airport access. Highlights include a rooftop terrace with fire table, garage gym and game table, EV charging, free parking, and a fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar. Comfort, style, and fun await! The space Welcome to our modern end-unit townhome in LoSo (Lower South End), one of Charlotte’s most vibrant and fast-growing neighborhoods. This lively area is known for its local breweries, great restaurants, and active social scene — many of which are within walking distance of the home, along with a nearby pickleball facility. You’re also just a short walk to the light rail station, making it easy to explore Uptown Charlotte and other popular destinations without needing a car.
For those looking to explore beyond LoSo, our location offers quick access to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Carowinds Amusement Park, the U.S. National Whitewater Center, and Charlotte Premium Outlets, all just a short drive away. Whether you’re here for work, play, or a little of both, this location offers the best of convenience and entertainment.
Built in 2025, our townhome was thoughtfully designed to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe stay. As an end unit, it offers added privacy along with a private driveway and garage for easy parking.
The home spans four levels:
First Floor: A welcoming entryway with interior access to the garage and stairs leading to the main living spaces.
Garage: Our spacious two-car tandem garage has been thoughtfully designed to offer both fitness and fun. One half of the garage is dedicated to a gym and game area, giving guests a unique place to unwind, stay active, or enjoy some friendly competition. The game table easily converts between pool, air hockey, and ping pong. The gym area is equipped with exercise mats, free weights, a weight bench, a suspension trainer, and a Peloton stationary bike. Guests are welcome to use the Peloton in “Just Ride” mode or by logging into their own Peloton account. A TV is also available in this space, so you can watch your favorite shows while playing games or working out. Whether you’re looking to break a sweat or relax with a game night, this versatile space is a favorite feature of the home.
Second Floor: An open-concept layout featuring a dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and cozy living room. The dining table seats six, with two additional barstools nearby. The kitchen includes a coffee and tea bar and a variety of small appliances for your convenience. The living room is designed for relaxation, with a large sectional sofa, electric fireplace, and Roku smart TV. TVs are Roku-enabled for easy streaming with your own accounts and also provide select free entertainment options.
Third Floor: Two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, private full bathroom, closet, and Roku smart TV. A laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is also located on this level.
Fourth Floor: A unique loft-style flex space with a bold accent wall, royal blue velvet sofa bed, and full bathroom. The lift-top coffee table is on wheels, allowing the space to easily transform from lounge area to sleeping or workspace.
Just off the loft, step outside to enjoy the rooftop terrace, a true highlight of the home. This inviting outdoor space features comfortable seating, a fire table, and bistro lighting — perfect for relaxing evenings, morning coffee, or gathering with friends.
Our goal is to provide a thoughtfully designed space where guests can feel at home while enjoying everything Charlotte has to offer. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, we hope you’ll find comfort, convenience, and a great sense of place during your time with us.
Guest access: Guests will be sent detailed check-in instructions prior to the arrival date. An access code will be provided for self-check-in.
Other things to note: No parties or events are permitted. Respect for our neighbors is of the utmost importance.
Regular maintenance, such as lawn care, may take place during your stay.
The minimum age required to book this property is 25 years old.
Parking: There is one parking spot inside the garage (for more compact vehicles) along with up to 2 additional parking spots in the private driveway. Street parking is also available near the property, on a first-come-first-serve basis and is subject to local parking laws.
