This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin sleeps six comfortably and the stocked full kitchen means you can wake up the fam to the smell of frying bacon! Grill some steaks and toast to family memories on the deck. Dim the lights and get cozy with our electric fireplace. This is 450 square feet of luxury! Our Continental breakfast is included with your stay. Also included:

One day in 2022, when Brad and I were rained off the water (we're boat people, y'all!), we drove to The Thirsty Turtle, and I asked if he ever thought about buying the Bel Air Motel & Cabins. We talked about how cool it would be to have a place close where family could stay when they visited. So we bought the whole property. The deal closed in October of 2022, and the renovations started soon after. Our goal is to keep what everyone loved about the old property, while making it a place where families can experience lake life. We've got two super cool resort pools that will keep kids entertained all week. In the evenings, everyone can play corn hole and ping pong and washers. And catch fireflies. And enjoy the bonfire. No boat required. We have four cabins -- and we want to provide a luxury (yet affordable) stay for families who want to fall in love with the lake. Future plans include an event space for gatherings, a bar and food truck on-site. After that? Who knows?! Maybe we'll build more cabins. Or add camping sites. Maybe we will just sit on our dock and watch the boats go by. But I can guarantee you that whatever we do, we will be doing it at Kentucky Lake.
