The space:
Welcome to your serene getaway, where comfort meets charm in this delightful two-story, A-Frame retreat. As you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, accentuated by an open-concept layout that seamlessly blends the living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Prepare your favorite meals with ease and enjoy them at a cozy dining table for four. Unwind in the seating area, the living room is complete with a TV with DISNEY + & HULU, Wi-Fi, and a selection of games for endless entertainment.

Downstairs, you'll find a bathroom featuring a soothing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Venture upstairs to discover two sleeping areas: to the right, a queen bedroom with a full closet, a dresser, a TV and exclusive access to a charming balcony. On the left, a queen bed awaits, accompanied by a full-length mirror, creating an open and airy sleeping arrangement. Note: there is not a door separating the two rooms.

Step outside to embrace the great outdoors with a fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings, and a patio equipped for dining. Fire up the BBQ or Blackstone for a delightful cookout, or retreat to the balcony for a tranquil seating experience. Cornhole and other outdoor games provided! This enchanting space invites you to relax, rejuvenate, and make unforgettable memories.

Located 25 minutes from Murray State University, 10 minutes to Land Between the Lakes, 45 minutes from Paducah, 50 minutes to Paris TN.

Guest access
The community pool, community basketball court, boat dock, and marina are all maintained by the resort and must adhere to the resort’s regulations in these areas. The resort charges a daily fee for the beach, and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a seasonal amenity that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. As of 2025, the pool is undergoing renovations and is not available for use.
