Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please text upon leaving property to allow our Cleaning Crew into property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A/C minimum at 70 degrees. Keep ALL Door CLOSED at ALL times to avoid AC to work double and freeze. A fee of $250 for repair if frozen upon check out.
Dogs/Pets NOT ALLOWED TO SLEEP ON BEDs. Please bring your dog's place/ its own bed.
