Other details to note:

Laundry: A shared washer and dryer are available for guest use and are conveniently located on the 2nd floor in the elevator hallway. The cost is $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Please rinse off any sand before washing items, and remember to clear the lint filter after each use.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
