This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Hudson. Inside, guests find two queen beds and a cozy bunk bed, making it ideal for families or groups. The space feels soothing and comfortable, with two bathrooms that add convenience to your stay. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, the quaint atmosphere invites you to unwind and recharge. This house is on a This house is on a deep water canal with access to the Gulf within minutes on a boat or a kayak! There are two kayaks for adults located on the property so you can do just that. There is a large floating dock so you can bring your own boat and park it in the back on the water for easy access to the golf for fishing skiing, diving, scalloping and so much more! The backyard offers plenty of room for entertaining with two large tables. A nice Jacuzzi plus a diving, scalloping and so much more! You will see stingrays, dolphin, all different types of fish fromright there on the dock. There are several grape vines throughout the backyard, giving you the ambience of being at a winery. This storm is located in a very quiet neighborhood where you are less than 3 miles from local beach bars, Hudson Beach and so much more! Enjoy your time in Hudson at our gorgeous house.

Great place/location. Quiet neighborhood for good relaxing time. The house was very clean and comfy. Great dock for the boat and easy channel entry. Great communication with owners and all questions were answered and taken care off. Looking forward to next time!

Our stay was incredible and that is largely due to the thought and care the owners have put into their home!! If we could give 5 stars we would! In addition to the cleanliness and beautiful set up the additional touches in the kitchen with supplies and all the necessities was greatly appreciated! Don’t think twice about staying here with the great outdoor set up on the canal! We will be back again thank you so much

We had a nice vacation there end of March.The property description is accurate, house in clean and has everything you would need.Communication with the owner is good, fast replays.Both kayaks are in good condition, both are one person kayaks.Two life jackets are provided, one is smaller size, good for kid, but not for adult.If you planning kayak trip for two adults you may want to bring your own life jacket.The canal is very nice, you can easily go to the Gulf, where will be a nice Mangrove forest on your left or a little deeper water if you go straight out of the bigger canal.We saw a lot of different birds around while kayaking including cute duck family with four or five ducklings near the Mangroves.Jacuzzi is good, easy to operate.Location is good, several state and beach parks nearby, plenty of nature to watch.We had no trouble to drive south to Tampa and north to Homosassa. May be some traffic at the rush hours, but that is expected.Overall it was relaxing stay, we want to thank the owners for their hospitality.

Falsely advertised 3rd bedroom that was converted from a garage. The room was dark and had no windows.Which was never stated on the listing. Front door did not close securely for safety and a window was off track and popped out and not able to be put back on track and locked for security. Extra pillows in closet were stained yellow and towels in closet for guest to use were not in satisfactory condition. Had holes. Large mirror was on floor in guest room not secure and could have been knocked over by guest.There was no sun tarp over patio for shade from sun as listed in pictures. Owner did respond to me about these concerns in a prompt matter. How ever he could not help me because he was out of state and could not offer me assistance until the following Thursday which was no help to me. My stay would have been over by then. He said he was unaware of all these issues, and had told me his property manager had been there earlier that day and told him everything was good to go for my stay. Which was not and I had to leave never staying a night because I was uncomfortable with the issues. VRBO was also no help and refund nothing. I will never make this mistake again.
