Boater, fisherman & water enthusiasts paradise. There is no TV. We encourage you in this NAUTICAL HAVEN to disconnect to reconnect. Breathtaking view of the wide canal from the amazing party deck that is partially covered. Only 5 min from the open gulf in the quaint neighborhood of Signal Cove. The home offers a floating dock for swimming, fishing, crabbing, & kayaking. Partially fenced in yard open on the canal side for your furry friends. Watch frequent dophin, manatee and other abundant aquatic life at night in front of the seawall with the underwater aqua lights. Fishing poles, kayaks, beach towels, kiddie pool, corn hole, grill, outside shower. Bicycles may be provided upon request if available.
Several state and county parks on the water close by to enjoy beaches, hiking trails, bike trails, bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat rentals, fishing charters, swimming, sunsets on the gulf from look out towers. Famous waterfront restaurants around the corner with live music, great food, cold drinks and beautiful sunsets. Carport & plenty of room for extra vehicles & your boat or jet ski trailer.

Nice little get away with a boat .

It was a very calming spot on the corner of the canals , plenty of space inside and out for being in a water community like that , the home was fully loaded and really did not have to bring much with us but food and drinks . We took our 22ft boat with us and was able to keep it at the dock out back and it was so nice to be able to pick up and go or return as we pleased , was only about 20 minute boat ride to anclote key , and Cindy was super helpful with navigation and got back to any questions I had almost immediately. We were very happy and would come back again in the future . Thank you !

Great stay!

The property was great! Clean, lots of amenities that kept the whole fam entertained. The biggest asset was definitely the property manager though. She’s awesome. Responsive and helpful. That can really make or break a vaca. 12/10 recommend!

Perfect waterfront getaway

The home was very clean and updated and the location was great. It has great access to the gulf and a huge natural mangrove shoreline that’s great for kayaks. The neighborhood is extremely quiet at night as well.

Great Getaway!

Great place. Great location. Very clean and lots of extras. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Cindy (property manager) was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions, being this was the first time I had booked a vacation home online. She was very helpful every step of the way. Thank you Cindy.

Best back porch ever

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a couple of things that needed to be taken care of, but Cindy was great and got us what we needed fast. We had a great spring break trip. We had 5 teenagers and 4 adults and everyone was comfortable. There is no TV, but with the beautiful views, you won’t miss it. Highly recommend.

Spacious, clean and nice amenities

While working in Florida for 6 weeks, we moved to this house for our last two weeks because we had family coming to visit and it was near friends who live in New Port Richey. Overall, the house worked well for us. It was spacious, clean and Cindy was the absolute best property manager. We appreciated that the house had a pack-n-play, stroller and toys that made it easier to have our 9 mo granddaughter visit. Cindy was able to get us a borrowed highchair for the week too! We had issue with the air conditioning, but Cindy was quick to get a repair person scheduled. While the kayaks are more geared for just playing around versus going for a long kayak, we enjoyed using them (although beware of outgoing tide if you go out the boat channel - coming back on the sit-on kayaks can be very difficult). Overall, our only negative is that this house is a gem in midst of a very tired neighborhood/area that could use some TLC, but it worked well for our needs. The owner certainly has put effort into making a nice little haven and Cindy made sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Christmas Week

We spent Christmas week at this property and had a wonderful time together as a family. Cindy the property manager decorated our home with a Christmas tree, which we were not expecting. We loved the backyard and the deck. I enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning over the canal. We used the kayaks but not the bikes, although the bikes were on site and available. Cindy even provided firewood for the outdoor firepit just for that extra touch for us being there for Christmas. Overall we loved staying in the home, and we would have loved staying there longer if we could have.

Signal cove family retreat

House is spacious, and comfortably furnished with cushy furniture, and nice bedding. Outdoor area was wonderful. Plenty of room for all 10 of us to hang out. The property manager, Cindy Berger, was amazingly helpful. She provided us enough kayaks for our whole party to be able to play together. She was just a text or call away, and addressed our needs happily. She is a joy. This was my first time staying on a canal. We had dolphins swim in to say good morning! All in all a great trip,
