Welcome to The Prairiehaven. Our Charming 4 bedroom house in Overland Park accomodates up to 16 guest. Your cozy home away from home is packed full of amenities for your entire family / group to enjoy. Pull up a chair around the Fire Pit to share stories and stare at the stars. Relax in the Hot Tub or Sauna while the kids enjoy playing in their own private Arcade! We offer multiple Video Games, Ski Ball, Foosball, PlayStation 5 and an Old-fashioned Popcorn machine. Enjoy more competition and family fun in our gameroom! Play a challenging game of Pool or test your skills competing on our Shuffleboard table. We also offer a playground,basketball goal, natural gas BBQ grill,outdoor dinning tables for up to 16 people and a 120-inch movie projector (seasonal).

Property is as advertised and in a great and quiet neighborhood. It worked very well for a group of families with teen boys for a few days – plenty to do at the house. Communication with Tim was great, and he was very responsive before and during our stay. We would recommend and stay at this property again.

We had a great stay! The house was very spacious and easily accommodated our group. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the large backyard with the hot tub was a huge bonus. Everything felt very comfortable and well set up for guests. Would definitely stay again!

This home was terrific. The neighborhood was beautiful. We loved the backyard with the fire pit, hot tub, sauna, and sitting areas. The house was clean and very cozy. Our host Tim was excellent, always quick to respond, and gave us great ideas of things to do in the area. We would stay there again for sure. Loved the home!

We had an amazing weekend at PrairieHaven. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, arcade, treats and hot tub. The kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities and extras. The beds were very comfortable and the house was charming.

This house was the perfect house for our family. The 2 gaming rooms entertained not only the kids but adults too. The backyard was beautiful with a great fire pit, a hot tub and a swing set. The bedrooms were great size. The kids room with the bunk beds was especially cute with some toys and books for little ones. Hyvee and Target are near by and easy to get to. We would absolutely rent this house again if we are in the area.

Perfect is a tough standard to reach, but this was as close as I’ve seen. The property owner initiated almost all the communication and was on top of everything. The attention to detail on the house was magnificent. One of the people in my party is in the business of preparing houses to be shown and he couldn’t stop raving about how well the house was put together. I can’t see any of my group that will ever stay anywhere else while being in the Kansas City area

We had the BEST stay here for our girls trip—seriously couldn’t have picked a better place. The house was super clean, spacious, and had so much to do that we barely even needed to leave. The game rooms, arcade, and hot tub were all highlights and made it feel like a full experience, not just a place to stay.Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and you can tell a lot of thought went into the details and setup. The beds were comfortable, the layout worked perfectly for a group, and we all had plenty of space.The host was great and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. No issues at all.If you’re going with a group or planning a fun weekend, I 100% recommend this place. We’re already talking about coming back!

We had such a great stay and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Kansas City! We had 3 adult sisters and 7 kids ranging in age from 2 to 18, and the house was a perfect fit for our group.The hosts thought of so many thoughtful little details, including a QR code with instructions for everything, candy, and popcorn. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed: pots, pans, bowls, utensils, and more. There were also tons of games and toys, which the kids loved, and plenty of different spaces for everyone to spread out and hang out.The house is super cute and thoughtfully decorated, and the backyard was actually even better than we expected. The neighborhood was nice, and the location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do in KC.As you’d expect with an older house, the floors are a little squeaky, and the stairs going up and down are fairly steep. Neither was an issue for our group, but it’s something to be aware of if you have very young kids or anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely book this house again!
