*Since our units are privately managed through Airbnb, the front desk does not officially accommodate parcel deliveries on our behalf. However, you may still check with them to see if they have accepted your package as a courtesy. If not, your package may be left at the front door of the unit. To ensure a secure delivery, we highly recommend shipping to the nearest parcel station provided by your chosen carrier and arranging for pickup directly from them. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

***Please note that upon arrival, ALL guests MUST check in with security prior entering the room. Failure to do this may result in a $1,000 fine per day from the building association.

All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
