This inviting 3-bedroom, 1-bath home offers comfortable, functional living space in the heart of Elk Rapids. Designed for families and small groups, the layout provides both gathering space and private bedrooms for a relaxed stay.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, in-unit washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches throughout. Two bedrooms do not have closets, but each includes storage solutions for convenience.
Outside, enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard with paved parking and easy walkability to restaurants, shops, and parks. The beaches of Grand Traverse Bay, Elk Lake, and nearby boat launches are just minutes away.
This is a welcoming, well-located home base for exploring Northern Michigan year-round. Also available is a smaller suite in the back of this unit to combine family gatherings or friends!

I chose this neighborhood because it truly captures everything I love about Elk Rapids — walkability, water views, and that relaxed “Up North” charm. You can stroll to coffee in the morning, spend the afternoon at the beaches of Grand Traverse Bay or Elk Lake, and enjoy dinner or ice cream without ever moving your car.
The scene is peaceful and friendly, with tree-lined streets, beautiful lake sunsets, and locally owned shops and restaurants. In the summer, it feels lively but never overwhelming. It’s the perfect blend of small-town warmth and lakeside escape, which is exactly what makes it so special to me.
