The holiday rental (60 square metres) is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the kitchen-living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed with a coffee table, an LED TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a built-in oven, a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, pans, pots, and dishes. A high chair is available upon request. The bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed for 2 people (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m). The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower (1x1m, no steps), toilet, hair dryer, and washing machine, completes the package. Bed linens and towels, free Wi-Fi, and a parking space are provided at no charge. There is a storage closet with a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, ironing board, and iron. From the apartment, you have access to the garden, which is furnished with garden chairs and a table. You’re welcome to enjoy cosy evenings barbecuing. A 30% deposit is due no later than 14 days after booking. The balance is due in cash upon checkout or in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Keys are handed over directly at the apartment. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets allowed upon request.
