Located on the beautiful Palmetto Dunes plantation, this cozy coastal 2-bedroom villa is only steps away from the beach. The bright and open kitchen, dining, and living room have an amazing view off the balcony! This beachy villa is a great spot for the perfect island getaway!
* Barrington Court Building exterior maintenance and recoating project is tentatively scheduled to begin in November 15, 2025 and extend through March 15, 2026. This will include cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Scaffolding and/or manlifts may be used. Full building scaffolding is not planned at this time. From November 24 through December 31, crews will be working primarily in all hallways, stairwells, exits, and garage walls. Please use caution while moving through these areas. Work on balconies will not begin until after January 10, 2026. Stack 111-511 projected start date is 12/31-1/12, subject to change.
***Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.
