We have been to the Outer Banks many times over the last 16 years and when we leave this Friday we will have been here a month and in 3 different houses. This one exceeded our expectations in every other house we have stayed in, Joseph couldn’t have been any more responsive and generously kind and the 4x4 beaches are such a unique experience. I love to walk and there are so many back roads and things to see including the wild horses. I didn’t know if they were real or not before going. We saw so many. We will be back soon and I strongly suggest visiting this home or the 2 others on each side. Absolute perfection!

Betsy and Eric were wonderful guests! Super friendly! Great communication! A blessing to have as guests. They gave me a thank you card and a new American 🇺🇸 Flag for the home. How “sweet home” is that?! 😃 They left the house in amazing shape. Would love to host them again in ALL three of our homes! 😊

This absolutely beautiful property has everything you could possibly need or want. The fully stocked kitchen is a dream come true, providing all the essentials for cooking. The beds are incredibly comfortable.The house is conveniently located near the beach, offering the perfect blend of proximity and privacy. We loved the option to drive to the beach or walk back to the house if needed. The areas is incredibly peaceful, creating a serene location We absolutely loved seeing the horses everyday. The host was fantastic! He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even reached out to check if we needed anything during our stay.We will definitely be returning next year! We’re already looking at dates and can’t wait to come back.
