Guest access
The entire townhome is included in the booking. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 11AM. We cannot guarantee early checkins or late checkouts, since there may be another guest leaving/arriving the same day. But we will try our best to accommodate, and let you know the day of.

NO SHOES INSIDE
Please kindly remove your shoes while entering the property, we appreciate you taking care of our house.

NO PETS ALLOWED
Pets (except service animals) are not allowed in our house.

NO SMOKING
Please do not smoke or vape inside the property or within 20 ft of the perimeters, any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fees.

QUIET HOURS AFTER 10PM
Please be thoughtful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10PM.

NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
Parties and unauthorized guests are not allowed, please be respectful of our place and keep it clean.
