About this space
Enjoy a spacious 1 bedroom studio in the heart of Ballard. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our space has all you need to recharge, relax, and enjoy with high-speed internet! Close to an Olympic Athletic Club & Spa for a day of leisure or near many local coffee shops for a quick sit down. Short walking distance from many great restaurants at the Ballard Ave and don't miss the Farmers Market on Sundays!
The space
This is a new spacious 1 bedroom queen size studio with a full bath and kitchenette. Please note, you are not sharing this room in the owner's home. This is like a small historic hotel. You will find it very comfortable, each room is locked and we have a security nearby and a caretaker sleeping on site.

You will have access to Studio #6, located downstairs to the left of the home upon entering the gate.

Stunning Home

What a gem. This peacful and quiet home has comfortable beds. The yard full of colorful flowers is a wonderful space to enjoy. The exceptional first floor kitchen has, among other things, many ways to prepare great coffee form the Pacific North West. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Certainly this is a place I would like to retrun to.

Ballard

The house and adorable and the room was nice. The location was amazing for walking around Ballard. I was a little disappointed that the unit did not include parking or a washer/dryer as stated in the listing. I specifically chose this place because it said parking was included. There was no TV either, not a deal breaker but I assume there will be one. I will have to look at pictures and read the amenities more carefully in the future.
