Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register and pay for (parking & wristband) fees thru Park N Spot link prior to arrival. Parking passes are $50 (plus taxes & fees) Max 2 vehicles. Wristbands ($6 each). Wristbands must be worn by guests 6 years of age and older while on property.

A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete the process

Policies:
• No Smoking anywhere on the property including balcony (strictly enforced)
• No Pets
• Primary renter must be 25+ (no exceptions)
• All guest over 18 will have to provide ID's after booking. Due to the new ordinance 1667 with Panama City beach

Outstanding condo! Very clean and decorated nicely. Close to amazing restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the amenities on property. The owners were outstanding staying in communication during our entire stay. We were extremely satisfied and hope to get to visit again soon!
