Just overall pleased with this condo. When you walk in you immediately see the beach and ocean. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Owner responded right away to any question. Would definitely rent this condo again!

Amazing stay

From check in to checkout we could have not ask for a better stay or communication with booking agent. The room was just as pictured. We will definitely stay again and parking was excellent!! And with the 6 elevators there wasn’t ever a wait!!!

Love 703 Boardwalk Beach Resort

This was our third year to vacation here and can’t wait to return next year! It’s truly a home away from home. The attention to detail from the owner, excellent staff & security of the resort, and of course the fabulous gulf front views are amazing!!!

Nice location. Easy to walk to places if you want. Property manager was great. The outdoor tiki bar and grill was awesome. Great food esp grilled shrimp.

Spectacular view

Very nice condo. Great location with an amazing view! Loved the pool and being so close to the beach. The Tiki Hut next to the pool was another bonus for easy access to drinks and snacks. Would definitely return.

A great little getaway spot

We had a fabulous time at 703 BWC. The condo is well stocked with everything we could have needed. The views from the master bedroom were spectacular. Stan was excellent with responding to all our questions and concerns. We would definitely go back!

I especially like hearing about the views from the master bedroom. The curve in the window is just enough to provide a panoramic view wider than 180 degrees. Of course the 15 ft width of an 8ft deep floor to ceiling window also helps! The large balcony bumps out enough to give a similar view. Great for fluffy clouds in a blue sky or sunsets.

Property as described, Coleman communicated with us during week just checking on us to make sure everything was good. Weather was amazing and the firework show from the balcony topped it off.

Already booked this unit again for next year!

This is a great unit! Very clean and has everything we needed for a beach vacation! The location on Thomas Drive is perfect. It’s centrally located to all the places we love to go. We also love that it’s on the 7th floor so it’s high enough for beautiful beach views without being too high that you feel so far away. Coleman was great to work with and always very responsive! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the stay

The property was very nice, and it was in a great location. The owner was very easy to communicate with. However, the security guards for the most part were also very friendly but there were a few who just had attitudes with us and the people who came to visit us while we were there. (nothing against property owner),just no sense in that. Also, Just know that if you have a condo that sleeps 6-8, you will only get one parking pass, and any other pass will cost $55 per car to stay overnight. OVERALL GREAT STAY

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Seas the Day and do need to clarify that our listing states that our 2 BR/2BA condo has a maximum capacity of 6 people and each stay includes one (1) free parking pass, with additional ones available directly from the guards for $50, which is also our cost. We appreciate you leaving the condo in good clean condition at checkout.

Excellent Condo

This condo was wonderful. It was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. Balcony was great with comfortable chairs. The only surprise was the "beach chairs" that were offered in condo were actually camping chairs. They still worked good on the beach. The owner, Coleman, was very responsive. I highly recommend this condo.

Amazing views!

This condo promises great views and absolutely delivers. The owners had the condo well stocked with everything we could need from beach chairs to board games to kitchen essentials. Beds are super comfy and condo was very clean. We were very pleased with the owner's communication and the specific condo itself. Our only cons had to do more with the entire resort as a whole. The front parking surface was being redone so it was unavailable to use along with added extra noise from the construction. Two of the elevators do not stop on floor 7 so we found ourselves getting stuck on the elevator a few times. Also the tiki bar and restaurant advertised in the listing and given to me the day before our arrival is only seasonal and was not operational. We were extremely disappointed to find these did not open even on the weekends and felt the listing should reflect that.

Everything We Wanted. A Place to Stay Again.

We had a most enjoyable time in this condo. The description and photographs are true. Our host, Coleman Jennings, is an attentive and helpful one who took an interest in our having a good vacation. The condo had everything we needed. The balcony gave great views of the Gulf, the sky, the beach, sunsets, etc., and for all that still provided good privacy. The resort has a good location with a great beach and benefits from beachside services such as cabanas, jet skis, and so on. The bar and grille were handy, had live music, and we danced right there on the property. We got a lot of use from the hot tubs and swimming pool. Coleman invites you to use cushions from a closet on the chairs on the balcony, and that made them quite comfortable. An unexpected touch was the two leather covered rocker recliners. We enjoyed just sitting and conversing with each other in those chairs. Truly a cozy touch. Panama City Beach offers every kind of activity, and we enjoyed jet skiing on the lagoon, the floating tiki bar, and a sunset catamaran cruise, besides all the great fresh seafood. Within driving distance are many other great stops such as the Red Bar in Grayton Beach and the planned community of Seaside. We have stayed in many nice condos all around the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, and we agreed that this one, this very condo, could be one we would return to. We recommend it.

Amazing experience

Overall the place was outstanding and everything that the reviews say are true. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. And Stan is an outstanding owner that messages you to check in to see if everything is OK and if there is anything wrong. Like I said earlier I would definitely choose staying at 703 again in the future.

See the sunrise in the morning, and watch a sunset at the 5 o'clock position at night. Bump outs in the bedroom and balcony enhance the drama of the sky, beach and ocean.

Our stay

We had a great stay! The condo was just as explained, clean and spacious. The property was well managed and the condo owner was so easy to work with.

ladies getaway

Great location, beautiful condo, well stocked except for toilet paper, there was only 1/2 roll in each bathroom. Other than than we had an awesome time! Thank you

Thank you for the stay. The policy is to have a full roll on the holder, and a full roll in the cabinet. Good quality paper, not cheap. I have the same cleaners every week, but sometimes we have to bring in a substitute. That must explain it. Complimentary amenities should also be set out in each bathroom. Thanks for the feedback.

I'm a native of Austin, Texas and live there now with my wife, Margo and our two dogs, Casey and Nova. I've also lived in Manhatten and visit NYC once or twic a year. Margo and I are scuba divers and enjoy walking on the beach in just about any weather.

The Boardwalk Resort is our very favorite part of Panama City Beach! We have so much space on the beach with no other condo towers next to us. Yet we are close to everything! 5 minutes to Publix and Walmart and a few minutes to Pier Park and all the other attractions. We can play golf right across the street at the Signal Hill 18 hole course. Close to so. many attractions, yet less crowded. We just love it!

Seas the Day is on the 7th floor with a very large balcony. We love this height! High enough to enjoy more views of the water, yet low enough to feel connected to the beach. Yet not so low you feel like you're participating in the conversations going on poolside:) It feesl like heaven on earth to us!
The Boardwalk is a resort property and it feels like that the moment you walk through the automatic sliding glass doors. The view of the balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool with the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf just behind is stunning. The finishes of the foyer and are beautiful and inviting. We love having a waterfront restaurant right on the property, along with a corner market that serves up ice cream. The staff and guests are friendly and the property is lovely.
