Thank you for recognizing a great view. In addition to the panoramic view of the pool, beach and gulf, there is also a fun view of the tiki hut. In season, you can look and listen to the weekend live entertainment from your balcony.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location, pool, amenities and condo staff:) We have earned our outstanding host reputation over the past several years by doing everything in our power to provide an amazing experience for our guests. We acknowledge that your experience was not what you hoped for and apologize for the concerns you've shared here. We appreciate your acknowledgement of our quick responses during those for the two nights you were there. (Coleman had major surgery the day your arrived. Although we were both focused on that and his recovery, we continued to reply as quickly as we could to your messages.) We reached out to condo maintenance and our own cleaning service to get someone to remove the debris (not a bug) in the bathroom fan light and replace the batteries in the smoke detectors. Unfortunately, our cleaning team member who was scheduled to arrive at the condo to address these two issues has a family emergency and was unable to do that on that day. Since your stay included checking out the next morning, we were unable to handle those concerns before you departed. It's important to note that there was no bug or spider. That dark shape in the fan light is just a small piece of black liner paper that came loose. We understand how that may have appeared like a moth or bug. The building has monthly pest control and we've never seen bugs or spiders in our condo. Parking and wristband fees: We include the amount of the fees and the process for purchasing in our description and will review to improve clarity. The county has a new law requiring guest to register their vehicles online. The Boardwalk Luxury condos require guests to purchase and wear wristbands for security and privacy. Both the parking pass and wristbands are purchased through an app, as explained in our description. We realize you may prefer the parking and wristband costs to be included in the VRBO app fees (so do we), but condo owners and our guests are required to use this process. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. We appreciate you bringing to our attention that the curtains require more attention. Our cleaning team typically does a very thorough job, so we have shared this concern with them to avoid any issues in the future.

I especially like hearing about the views from the master bedroom. The curve in the window is just enough to provide a panoramic view wider than 180 degrees. Of course the 15 ft width of an 8ft deep floor to ceiling window also helps! The large balcony bumps out enough to give a similar view. Great for fluffy clouds in a blue sky or sunsets.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Seas the Day and do need to clarify that our listing states that our 2 BR/2BA condo has a maximum capacity of 6 people and each stay includes one (1) free parking pass, with additional ones available directly from the guards for $50, which is also our cost. We appreciate you leaving the condo in good clean condition at checkout.

We are so glad you appreciated our communication and enjoyed the condo, the view, the board games and comfy beds! We want Seas the Day to be your beach home away from home:) We didn't realize the Tiki Bar and Corner Store weren't open during the winter months, so thank you for sharing. We've already updated the listing. Our understanding is that the construction (all multi-story condos were required recently to do specific work by law) and our understanding is that the work and the elevator repairs are almost complete.
