Located just 5 minutes from Loon Mountain and 15 minutes to Cannon, you're perfectly positioned for skiing, hiking, or exploring the White Mountains. After a day out, head into downtown Lincoln for dining, breweries, and shopping just minutes away. Please Note: No parties or events. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM per town ordinance — thank you for helping us keep the neighborhood peaceful!

The perfect mountain getaway! House was well stocked. Spa like bathrooms. Cozy and comfortable! Close to everything but quiet. Lots of local restaurants and amenities. Hosts were communicative and welcoming! We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I enjoy skiing at Loon Mountain as well as many other ski resorts in New Hampshire he has retired and has worked diligently on getting this vacation home ready ! And now looking forward to spending time on the slopes, we also enjoy biking down the Cannon Mnt bike path one of our favorites! Another summer pastime is fishing ! We look forward to Hosting you here in beautiful Lincoln New Hampshire!

Our property really has been lovingly restored to a beautiful contemporary home with all the conveniences one could expect from air conditioning in the summer to a cozy woodstove in the winter with plenty of space for the kids to hang out having had 3 sons ourselves we know what kids look for as well as Mom and Dad because after all you deserve a nice vacation too!
