Luxurious 5 Bed/5 Bath 3500sf Villa With Private Pool In Highlands Reserve

Located just minutes from Disney theme parks, shopping and entertainment, this gorgeous five bedroom, five bathroom villa, in the prestigious golf community of Highlands Reserve, has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Our spacious two-storey home is fully air conditioned and has been equipped throughout with high-end furniture.

Whether enjoying a freshly brewed morning coffee by the pool or cooking for twelve, the fully equipped kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances, ensures you can express your culinary skills to your heart's content.

Splash in the pool, relax in the hot tub, bathe in the sun, or relax in the 'bigger kids' swing, the patio is large enough to do all three.

Entertainment areas include a PS3 with a 46" HDTV, Media Hard Drive with over 300 movies; pool table on main floor; 55" HDTV on upper floor.

Enjoy reliving your adventures around the huge round dining table, at the kitchen nook, the breakfast bar or even poolside.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, clock radios and/or iHome docking stations, and are equipped with a minimum 40" HDTV (with the exception of the children's bedroom).

A cleaning fee is applicable on all bookings. The cleaning fee is $160, plus taxes.

Let our beautifully adorned beds, complete with luxuriously soft sheets and puffy pillows, be the ultimate end to your day of fun.

We do not accept last-minute bookings, i.e. bookings that the check-in date is less than 7 days away.

House rental also includes:

FREE LONG DISTANCE phone calling within North America.
FREE WiFi Internet access.
Outdoor hot tub, at no extra charge.
Pool can be heated upon request, at extra charge. Pool heat rate is $30 per day, plus taxes.
BBQ Grill upon request. Rate is $50 per week, or for duration of the stay if less than one week, plus taxes.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure all dishes are washed and put away, i.e. dishwasher is cleared of dishes.
If you have leftover food/drinks, it is okay to leave it in the fridge and/or on the counter. The choice is yours.
No need to strip the beds (is okay if you choose to do so, the choice is yours). You can leave the dirty towels inside the shower stalls and/or bathtubs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Highlands Reserve HOA (Homeowners' Association) rules state no noise between 10pm to 8am, including noise in the pool or outside..
No parties or large group events.
This isn't really a house rule, but a booking guideline. When booking our home, we do not accept bookings less than 2 weeks prior to check-in date.

There were 2 things that stood out to us. First was the responsiveness of the hosts. As soon as I book this rental communication was clear and quick. The 2nd thing that stood out was the clarity of what everything did in the house. Either everything was labeled or had a sheet near it explaining the function.

The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed and the outsit was exactly what my family wanted with the layout chairs for everyone in my family next to a great pool and hot tub and plenty of beach towels. A lovely home filled with everything you need! The pool was like a giant bathtub(we paid the extra fee for the heat). We spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pool. The location was excellent. Close enough to Disney ect… but far enough away to avoid the chaos! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby! We would definitely love to come back! It was an excellent vacation spot!

Pleasant stay in Orlando

We had a pleasant stay other than a minor glitch with the alarm system. The beds were comfortable. Having a bathroom off every bedroom was a plus for our group. Kitchen was well equipped and we made use of it in preparation of our meals. Neighbors were quiet. Pool and hot tub were delightful. Plenty of TVs for a variety of entertainment space. Garage available but we didn’t use. Centrally located we made day trips to Disney, Universal and the beaches on each coast. Would highly recommend!

The house was simply beautiful, clean and spacious. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it allowed us to privacy and family time playing in the pool and using the pool table. I highly recommend this house to a family visiting Orlando for vacation. Also, the property manager was extremely responsive when we called for assistance.

My family stayed in January 2026. We had two adults and four teenagers. Kathy and Mike were excellent hosts; very responsive to my emails when I had questions or concerns. The Highlands Reserve community was very nice, clean and felt safe. The home was very spacious and accommodating and had all the necessities of a home. The only thing we had to buy was our toiletries and laundry supplies, which was to be expected. The bedrooms are very large and provided ample space for everyone to spread out. Additionally, the five bathrooms provided a stress-free environment when it came to getting ready in the mornings. In addition to the three bedrooms upstairs, there's also a lounge area with a TV and seating. Overall, the house is large enough for several people without feeling overcrowded. The pool and hot tub were one of my requirements when searching for a home. I paid for pool heat which was recommended during the time of year. I'm glad I did because the pool was very warm, entertaining my kids for hours. The hot tub was a true hot tub separate from the pool. We had no issues, and it was always very hot, which was mandatory after long days at the theme parks. Both were very clean and well maintained.As for proximity to the iconic theme parks, it was approximately a 40-minute drive, however the excitement made it see quicker. There are numerous restaurants in the area, and also a Publix grocery store less than a mile away.I would stay here again. 5/5 stars.

Fantastic Villa

This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely villa. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you could want in a vacation home. The bedrooms are all furnished to a high standard and the main living areas are comfortable and very clean. The hosts are very attentive and communications are clear and concise. The Villa is in a great location for all Orlando has to offer - we would happily recommend this property.
