🏡 The North Lagoon Getaway is one of the rare four bedroom houses in Panama City Beach: perfect for group with room for your boat or waverunner on a trailer.

☀️ When you're in need of sun and fun but prefer the peace and quiet of your own home, look no further than the North Lagoon Getaway, a ground floor ranch home with four bedrooms, a private backyard and ample parking.

🛋️ Inside this gorgeous, updated home, you'll find a comfortable sectional sofa plus seating in a large living area plus an updated kitchen with all you need for meals and snacks. All appliances large and small are available including a blender, toaster, and a traditional coffee pot as well as an individual cup maker, plus dishware, cookware, and utensils. A full washer/dryer and free WIFI round out conveniences.

Bedroom One features one king bed
Bedroom Two has a queen bed
Bedroom Three offers one double bed + a twin bed
Bedroom Four offers a queen bed

Each bedroom features a smart TV and ceiling fan.

🛀 We have two full bathrooms with walk in showers.

🔥 Outside, you'll enjoy a paver patio with an umbrella-covered outdoor table and seating in our private fenced backyard. On cooler nights, you'll love sitting around the firepit to relax.

📍 Located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach, North Lagoon Getaway is less than a block to the water. You are near many outstanding restaurants, as well as the stunning St Andrews State Park. Pier Park is less than 10 miles away and the Publix Sports Complex is less than 6 miles away.

~ One dog allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. Ask about a second.

This home was wonderful! Very clean, spacious and beautiful! Definitely worth the money you pay!!! Communication was top notch and she’s so sweet! The location was also great! Quiet and nice. Beds were VERY comfortable. Felt just like home we will definitely be back!
