The house was more than we expected! Definitely the best house we’ve stayed at in PCB. Only a couple minutes from the beach, with plenty of space for everyone. There were so many little thoughtful details. From the welcome basket, to the beach toys provided. We had such a great time and hope to return!

This place is unbelievable!! Better than we could have hoped. When they say it was recently updated, they weren’t kidding! It was beautiful, and even included some newer furniture not shown in the photos. Tiffany and Doug provided a great recommendation for food within walking distance, and the beach really is only a 5-6 minute walk away, while still being a short drive from major sites. We can’t wait to visit again for a longer stay!

I cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you have kids! We had an amazing stay at this house with two families, and the setup was absolutely perfect.Tiffany was an incredible host from start to finish. She was so responsive, provided wonderful local tips, and answered all of our questions about staying with two toddlers so we could feel as prepared as possible. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made everything go so smoothly. Once we arrived, everything was exactly as described, and we were able to unpack and immediately start having fun!The house matched the photos perfectly, and we especially loved the separate suite with its own kitchen and laundry. The location was even closer to the beach than we expected, which was amazing, and having all of the beach gear provided was such a huge bonus. The pack ’n play was perfect for our little ones, and the kids absolutely loved the toys and books. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and truly the perfect setup for families. Tiffany went above and beyond to make our trip was easy, comfortable, and memorable. I also appreciated everything they provided leaving us with less to pack! We cannot recommend this home and host highly enough and will definitely be back! Thank you again, Tiffany!!!!

We had a great time! The space above the garage was awesome for teenagers! The pool was very clean. The beach was only a 5 minute walk. I will definitely come back!!!

Labor Day weekend

This house has everything you need and more. Plenty of space, the pool was great and it was just a short walk to the beach. Brian and Rebecca were amazing hosts. We will definitely be back to stay with them again.

Beautiful place

Such a beautiful home. We loved the pool, outdoor space and access to the addition. Two laundry rooms allowed us to easily stay up on the laundry throughout our stay. Short walk to the beach. The property manager was very attentive throughout our stay and checked in several times to make sure things went well.

Family spring break trip

The inside of the house is so beautiful!! There was plenty of room for our big family and furry friends to enjoy the week. The outdoor area was perfect for catching some sun. I wish the weather was nicer so we could actually enjoy the pool. The beach is really close, like a 5 minute walk. The host was super responsive to whatever questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great vacation

The property was nice. We were disappointed that the lights for the pool didn’t work, the back yard was a bit messy (food from previous guests scattered all over), the fan outside didn’t work and the air conditioner in the additional guest house didn’t really work great. Also, when the yard maintenance man came to weed whack the yard, he opened the back gate and left it wide open without us realizing, thankfully my dog didn’t run out of the yard. Besides that, the house was wonderful. It was very spacious for our large family and having a fenced in back yard was a huge plus. The beach was just a short walk from the house but we used the pool every day being that we had kids with us.

Short walk to the beach

Went over Memorial Day weekend. We had an issue with the fridge leaking water. I believe it ended up being the water line to the ice maker had been pulled out prior to us arriving. Spoke with property management and he was doing his best to get it repaired, but unfortunately the holiday made it difficult. We were without a freezer for three days. Fortunately the fridge in the garage apartment worked well. Just had to climb the stairs outside each time we wanted to use it. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. The only reason I gave a four on cleanliness would be that the garbage can outside still had trash in it. I think it was just an oversight. The house was clean. The pool was perfect when we didn’t feel like walking to the beach.

Solid pool, outdoor seating, lounge chairs, and outdoor area. Lots of premium extras to help make the beach fun: an umbrella, 6 beach chairs, wagon, and beach gear/toys, etc. Recent upgrades to the home since we originally booked was a really nice surprise!Super easy walk to the beach, house was well equipped, dog friendly (he loved the yard space and upper deck viewing area!!!), lots of food and other amenities were within walking distance, A/C and structure was sound and solid. Overall, our party of 7 loved this place and we plan to return next year!

Thank you so much for having us, we all had an amazing and unforgettable stay! We enjoyed everything from the spacious rooms to the beautiful outdoor patio! Everything was nice and clean as soon as we stepped foot in and we felt right at home. This was an amazing place to stay, especially with 10 people!

Some of our favorite places in PCB are St Andrew’s Park, and Schooners. Being just a 5 minute walk from Schooners, and the beach has always been a dream for us! We love our quiet neighborhood just a short 5 walk from PCB’s emerald sea!

Our property offers room for all, including a separate studio apartment that sleeps 4. Including a kitchenette, and its own laundry. Providing 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, and a private pool offers guests the perfect space for larger groups.
