A tenant may enjoy the backyard patio for dining. It is located near the popular hip Rockridge Shopping district, cool coffee houses, downtown Berkeley, UC Berkeley Campus, Lawrence Hall of Science, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Lafayette reservoir, Tilden Park.
