We could not get in the front door luckily another tenant let us in and borrow their key for the night. The host didn’t respond for over a hour and a half . The next morning we found moldy food in the microwave that had to have been there for weeks. No toilet paper. The shower does not drain you’re lucky if you have time to clean off before it’s overflowing. Then the host tried to blame me for not contacting her about the problems. I sent messages in real time as I found things as we were there less than 12 hours and she didn’t contact me until after checkout about all the issues I found in the morning.
