The Barn at Spry Point has five bedrooms, two and one half shared bathrooms, large living room, very well equipped kitchen with six burner Garland stove with double oven and BBQ outside. The Barn is located about 150' from the water on the east and several hundred feet on the west. Three bedrooms on the ground level with two bedrooms on the upper level. The upper level bedrooms have AC and both have balcony with water view. Sally's Beach Provincial Park is a five minute walk from the Barn. We have trails that circumnavigate Spry Point as well as a kitchen garden with fresh herbs for cooking.

This five-bedroom building sits separately to the north of Ned’s Landing apartments near the tip of Spry Point. The Barn at Spry Point has private bedrooms, but shared bathrooms, living, and dining space in a Hostel/Cottage setting with the ocean 100+ft away. This is ideal for an extended family as a cottage or for individuals rooms booked by couple or as a single occupant.

shared bathrooms, spacious living and dining space with a Garland six burner double oven in a very well equipped kitchen. Sally’s Beach Provincial Park is a five minute walk from The Barn. One queen bedroom, one double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a three quarter bed and single trundle bed. All bedrooms have their own mini fridge/freezer. BBQ is located just outside for everyone’s convenience. Barn 1: Queen Bed; Barn 2: Two Single Beds; Barn 3: Double Bed; Barn 4: Three quarter bed and single trundle with balcony and AC; Barn 5: Two single beds with balcony and AC

We are located on a point of land, a peninsula with water on both east and west with sunrise and sunset views, hiking trails circumnavigate Spry Point and the beach is a five minute walk along the shore where it tapers from 20 plus feet down to beach height. Great privacy, lovely setting and easy access to Souris, Cardigan, St Peters, Georgetown and Montague with a short drive.
