We enjoyed this centrally located flat with a beautiful view of the water. Deni met us at the property and showed us around. Kitchen was clean and had all we needed.

Girls trip to Porec

Had a wonderful week in Porec with some friends...all who had never been to this lovely Istrian region. The apartment was in a great location for walking around town and for day trips to Pula, Rovinj, Motovun, Buje, Momjan, Groznjan... After a day or two we began to reference the apt. as "home". It was perfect for four ladies, plenty of space, so clean and modern. Deni was an amazing host throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this spectacular apartment located in a magical area.

Wow! Absolutely fantastic!

We stayed recently at this apartment with two kids and my parents-in-law. The owner and her son were extremely well-organised, welcoming and friendly. The apartment itself is perfectly located. You can lie in the bedroom and look out over the sea. The bedrooms are all lovely, large and well equipped. The apartment was also super clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We cooked most nights as it was so easy and so nice in the apartment. We had a very lovely time here and our youngest son now insists that we come back to the apartment for everz holiday!!

An Eden!

We had a wonderful stay in this Porec home! We enjoyed this corner unit which is located directly at the edge of the water with glorious panoramic views of the entire bay, and promenade! We loved it! The front door opens onto the public flower-filled public plaza, and immediately delivered us to wonderful cafes, restaurants, and shopping. As an architect I appreciated that the apartment is contemporary, expansive, newly and COMPLETELY renovated! It is light, airy and spotlessly CLEAN! Gracijela (an interior designer, and the owner) and Maja (her niece) personally care for the apartment and are delightful, helpful people, and treated us as family! Not only do my wife (Vicki) and I recommend it, but I’m certain we will come back to this private Eden again. George (Richmond, Indiana, USA)

Family Wedding

Design Apartment, Bellevue is absolutely stunning. It is in a fabulous location right on the harbour and has every facility you could possibly need. A big bonus is that the beds were extremely comfortable. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and our host, Mirjana, was lovely. Best of all it was only a very short walk to Villa Polesini where we attended a family wedding 💖

Spectacular views and location

Perfect location to enjoy the Mediterranean ambiance of Porec. Fishing boats and tour boats can be seen from windows. Restaurants, beaches are in walking distance and the town is in a great location to explore other places in Istria. Owner and family made us feel welcome and responded quickly to questions. Clean, modern and spacious interior. A gem.

Traumhafte, perfekt eingerichtete und wunderschöne Fe-Wo

Wunderschön gelegene, traumhaft eingerichtete Wohnung mit 3 wunderschönen Schlafzimmern, 2 extravaganten Bädern, einem Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, in dem kein Wunsch offen bleibt. Die Lage ist so herausragend, man kann sich auch eine Woche lang an`s Fenster stellen und wird glücklich sein! Die Vermieter sind ganz besonders herzlich und hilfsbereit!Vielen lieben Dank für dieses Paradies!

Amazing property in stunning location

We were 4 mature adults staying in this wonderful apartment. It was even better than the photos, and location could not have been better. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable with glorious views out to sea and within close proximity to some great restaurants. If you’re going to Porec it should definitely be on your short list. Communication with Gracijela and Petar was very easy and they organised airport transfers for us.

Gorgeous home from home!!

Recently stayed in this amazing apartment on the waterfront in the old town part of Porec.Fantastic facilities and very comfortable beds.We were made to feel really welcome by the Macini Family. There was everything you could possibly need and the apartment was immaculately clean and modern.We have family who live in Porec and will undoubtably be back to stay here as we felt so at ease.The views were amazing with many restaurants and cafes directly below the apartment.It was a wonderful experience.Thank you Macini Family.

Just Perfect :)

We (a family of 5 adults) have just returned from a fabulous week in Croatia staying in this superb apartment. We couldn't fault a thing and Graziella went out of her way to be helpful. From directions on how to reach the apartment whilst avoiding the heavy traffic to ideas on places to visit down to her lovely gift of local, olive oil on our departure :) Little touches like bowls of sweets, cookies and even roses in the apartment were greatly appreciated. The views through most of the windows are over the harbour and are to die for. We were even treated to a firework display across the bay one night. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and IS indeed right in the heart of Poreč. I would definitely recommend. Just be aware that parking is about a 3 minute walk away and that the apartment is on the second floor so is up 4 flights of shallow steps. Perfect for walking off all the lovely food and drink that you will find in the nearby restaurants and bars. It can be a little noisy at night when late night revellers are returning "home" but it didn't disturb us too much. Air conditioning in most of the rooms was a huge bonus while it was so hot and shutters on the windows helped to keep things cool during the day. For us it was just perfect and we hope to return again in the not too distant future :))))))) You may also be intersted to know that we went karting (15 min drive), visited the water park "Aquacolurs" (10 min drive), saw dolphins and a glorious sunset with Kristian Tours and spent time at Červar-porat and Brulo swimming in the sea and sunbathing. Brulo can be reached by the little tourist train that runs from the park at the far end of the promenade for 10 kn although we chose to take the car and drive (5 mins). Beaches are not sandy but you are right by the water. Beach shoes and iso mats are a good idea. Don't take my word for it. Go and experience it all for yourselves. This apartment is the perfect place to stay when you do! :)

Stayed there two weeks in July'18. Appartment was very nice, all things you need are there. Location of the appartment is perfect - direct at the habour. Renter was very kind, really nothing to complain, but just to say thanks for the nice time.

Perfect Porec

Just returned from 2 weeks at Gracijela's beautiful apartment in the perfect location in Porec. Everything was wonderful and Gracijela was most helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The apartment is of a very high standard and beautifully designed by the owner. It occupies the best view over the harbour in the centre of town and is perfectly located for everything Porec has to offer. Thank you Gracijela - we will return again soon.

Nice Apartment - best

The apartment was as described, right at the harbour’s coast in the center of Poreč. We were able to see when the local fishermen came in and started selling their catch. We could just walk down to buy our fish directly from the boats! The kitchen was fully equiped. Whenever we were searching for something, we would be sure to find it somewhere. Perfect! The beds where comfortable and the view from the bedrooms and living room was amazing. First class seats when watching the beautiful Mediterranean sunsets. 6 people could comfortably live in the appartment for 10 days. If you are bringing a car, be aware that the parking lot is a few walking minutes away (directly in the old town is no space available). Even though Christmas is obviously offseason for Poreč, there was something going on every night with live music and a little Christmas market. Walking down the coast line we saw a lot of offers for sports (tennis court, diving center, boat rental, mini golf...) which were closed in December, but will surely be open during the summer month. The landlady was very nice and helpful. We had a little problem with the hot water one day and within an hour she was there with a mechanic to repair the boiler. She also made some little Kroatian cakes and cookies for us to try. Very tasty!

Really lovely modern apartment with comfortable beds in a great location in Porec.

We were an extended family of 6 which included a 5 and 2 year old on a week's break What we liked: lovely owners who dealt with all our queries before the trip and were there to advise and help throuout our stay Very clean apartment Two spotless bathrooms, Very comfortable beds, Stylish rooms with quality furniture, The huge open plan living area with enough room for us all to relax at the end of the day and make snacks for the children in the kitchen, Lovely views of the sea, Location, location, location with restaurants, cafes, boats, seafront promenade just a few steps away, There was nothing that we did not like. The owners arranged ataxi from Pula airport and we used the same company to organise a trip to local caves and to 2 of the beautiful hill towns. With 2 young children this luxury was very good value. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the bus station which enabled us to visit Rovinj for the day. A great stay.

Perfect in every way

This apartment exceeded our expecataion in every way. It was ideally situated in the old town on the water front; the view was specatacular. The apartment has absolutely everything you would want and finished to a very high and modern standard. Grizella and Peter were lovely and could not do enough for us and made everything so easy f by expaining and recommending everything in and around Porec. We will return - We had a fabulous holiday and did not wantt to leave

Geweldig!

Dit appartement is echt fantastisch! Het heeft een prachtige ligging aan het water en het is overal dichtbij. De beschrijving van het appartement klopte helemaal en het appartement was leuk ingericht en erg schoon. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen en onze bagage werd voor ons de trappen op gedragen. Het is een geweldig appartement voor alle leeftijden. Voor ons (6 meisjes van ongeveer 18 jaar oud) was er ook genoeg te doen in de buurt. Ik zou vooral het waterpark in de buurt erg aanraden (Aqua Colors). Het was er heel erg rustig toen wij er waren want het was in het voorseizoen. Ik zou ook zeker aanraden om het oude stadscentrum te bezoeken! Heel erg veel plezier in dit geweldige appartement!

Wonderfully relaxing holiday

This is a 5 star apartment in a 5 star location on the quayside in the centre of beautiful Porec. Gracijela met us with a friendly hello then returned a few days later to take us for a drive to nearby caves, churches and villages. A very generous host. Porec is the perfect place to relax. Good restaurants, clean beaches, friendly people and a pretty town. The apartment is quiet, but in the centre of everything. We wished we had stayed linger in this paradise.

"Now I know how Kardashian's feel",

My daughters do not agree on many things but their comments about staying at Bellevue were identical. Their comment was "Now I know how Kardashian's feel", I do not know from where to start. Interior fantastic, up to date, spacious and clean. Location to die for. You are the only one in whole Porec with direct accesses on the boardwalk (riva) from your apartment. Water taxi is a front of you door to take you to whatever beach you want. Restaurants, shops and groceries are all in walking distance from the apartment. And not to forget, our host Gracijela and her boys. Thank you

Super Ferien in Porec

es waren wunderbare Tage in Porec.Wir hatten ein sehr schönes APARTEMENT AM MEER,sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet,herrlicher Blick vom Apartement aus auf den Hafen und die Insel Nikola.Frau Graciela ,unsere Vermieterin, hat das Apartement sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet,nach Ihrem personlichen Geschmack und das hat Sie sehr,sehr Gut gemacht.Die Wohung ist sehr hell und freundlich ,wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt,nicht zuletzt der Fürsorge wegen ,die uns von Frau Graciela herzlichst entgegen gebracht wurde.Sie ist eine ganz Liebe. Ideal place to stay in Porec

This apartment is wonderful! Out of the five apartments my family has stayed with through homeaway.com over the past 7 months, this is by far the most outstanding apartment we have had the priviledge to stay at. We had four adults and three children (including a baby) in our party and the apartment offered ample room and comfortable bedding for everyone. Additionally, the apartment has two magnificent bathrooms--one with a shower and the other with a huge, sit-in tub that the kids absolutely loved. The entire apartment is recently remodeled with great furnishings and top of the line ammenities. The apartment is located in a great area along the boardwalk in Porec, with the water literally just beyond the third-story windows. The apartment offers immediate access to the various ferry lines (ferry to Venice is a two minute walk from the apartment), "Old Town" Porec, and numerous entertainment options for the entire family. Finally, Gracijela and her family were an absoulte joy to rent from. They went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful vacation and that all of our needs were promptly met. We cannot thank them enough for their incredible hospitality and gracious accomodations which made for a truly memorable holiday experience.
