* Pool heating is available for an additional charge and must be
requested at least 48 hours in advance. The pool heater may not
function in temperatures below 50°F, and no refunds are given if
the pool does not reach the desired temperature.
* Some homes may have a gas BBQ grill or outdoor grill available for
use. Guests must clean the grill and refill the propane if needed.
A $50 fee is charged if grills are left unclean. If the grill is
locked, it is private and not for guest use. Rental grills can be
arranged if needed.
