weekend celebration

This apartment is a great location for seeing the sights of Barcelona and shopping. We stayed for four nights, both bedrooms are good although one is on the small side if you were four people staying. Great sitting-room/kitchen area and bathroom all well maintained.

Incredible apartment in the best zone of Barcelona

The location couldn’t be better in Passeig d Gracia, the apartment made us feel as in home, fully modernized, equipped and spacious. Our teenage kids loved it, such as my wife and myself … last but not least, our host Montserrat, the best !

Superb Central Barcelona Apartment

An excellently located apartment on the 6th floor (reached by elevator) of a polished and quiet building sitting immediately at the entrance to the Passieg de Gràcia metro and train station (allowing a direct airport link) and facing the Antoni Gaudi, Casa Batlló. Surrounded by the L'Eixample shops and restaurants, Plaça de Catalunya and the top of the Ramblas is also only a short 5-10 minute walk. Connection with M., the kind and helpful host, could not have been easier.

This top floor flat is right in the middle of the busy retail district with shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The flat has all the amenaties that you need and is well planned out for a small space. The siding doors are effective but not as provate as standard ones. Being at the top of the building means you expect to get noise from adjacent flats, a/c machnies and lifts. It is 6th floor with a lift to 5th so fine for adults but more of a challenge with kids / older people

Great location in the busy city

Top floor flat with all the amenities Great location and grand building Decent fixtures and great Wi-Fi It’s a busy area and so always something going on. Noise from adjacent flats and offices (lift and a/c) is inevitable and takes a day or so to get used to. Lift goes to floor 5 and flat is on floor 6 so ok for adults but would be a pain with a buggy or for an older person. Limited natural light in main bedroom, bathroom and lounge as it is a conversion. Sliding doors (bedrooms and bathroom) are ok but not as private as conventional ones.

Une des chambres n’en était pas une mais la continuité du balcon aménagé en chambre où il faut très froid La deuxième chambre était très mal insonorisée puisqu’on entendait à chaque fois l’ascenseur qui montait ou descendait. De plus l’amabilité de l’hôtesse qui nous a reçu laisse à désirer puisqu’on a eu une très mauvaise expérience avec elle! Elle nous a remis les clefs en nous engueulant comme du poisson car nous sommes arrivés trop tard selon elle notre vol a eu du retard et on l’a prévenu

Schöne Ferienwohnung in 🔝 Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem tollen Viertel. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar Bus und Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Aus einem Schlafzimmer hat man Sicht auf die Sergrada Familia.

Awesome Apartment, Lovely Location

Great & comfortable apartment in central location, as described & in pictures. Just to note, apt is on 6th floor, lift goes to 5th floor however wasn't issue for us.Travelled with husband & kids (15 & 11) for 4 nights, (hand luggage only) Great comms from Host M., very friendly & told us all we needed to know, apartment had all facilities with good view & was quiet despite central location, stones throw from Casa Batllo! Love Barcelona & loved the apartment, would definitely recommend!

Point positif: excellent emplacement Points négatifs: -appartement très sombre et bruyant ( machinerie ascenseur, ventilation) - douche fuit dans la salle de bain -cuvette des toilettes cassée et non réparée avant notre arrivée -quelques spots défaillants ou mal fixés -isolation médiocre de la chambre du balcon ( de l’air froid passe la nuit) - odeur de cigarette des qu’on ouvre la Fenêtre de la chambre sur cour -menage globalement correct mais filtres du sèche linge non vides
