Very tastefully decorated, with thoughtful details and great design, this apartment is a perfect choice for your stay in Barcelona! The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, there is also an iron and ironing board. The apartment comes with heating and Air Conditioning. There is high speed internet at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided, Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Original elegant ceilings. - Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

The AC limitations made this listing tank! There is a limitation as to how cool one can increase the AC. Noise from outside can be heard well into the morning hours. Apartment wasn't ready at check-in time. Very meh.

Regarding the air conditioning, the temperature limitation is in place in accordance with environmental regulations aimed at promoting more sustainable and responsible tourism. We understand that individual comfort preferences may vary, particularly during warmer days, but these measures are intended to reduce unnecessary energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature. Regarding the noise, the apartment is located on a normally very quiet residential street in the city centre, with very little traffic and only a handful of businesses nearby, including a restaurant, a bookshop and a comic shop. Your stay, however, coincided with September 11th, Catalonia's official regional holiday. Cultural events, concerts and celebrations take place throughout Barcelona around this date, and as the holiday created a long weekend this year, there was considerably more activity in the city than would normally be expected in this residential area. We also sincerely apologize that the apartment was not ready at the scheduled check-in time. We understand how important it is to have the accommodation ready upon arrival, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. Great place and great location

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable beds, elevator for convenience, great neighborhood. The house were very easy to communicate with, and they were very helpful getting us transport to and from the airport. I would highly recommend staying here.

Exactly what I was looking for- I wanted a great neighborhood location with a cute balcony (and it has 2!). Bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. I appreciated the welcome basket of coffee, wine and snacks! I also appreciated the links to local restaurants recommendations and taxi service.
