Great location. Loved all the balconies. The communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator but we found it well worth the walk

Location was wonderful. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Very close to the Barcelona Cathedral. Lovely apartment in a very old renovated building The remodel was done verywell. We loved the exposed brick on walls as well as the ceilings with original wood beams. The authentic wooden doors and shutters added to the charm. The a/c worked great! The view from the window was nice as well. The ONLY drawback was the four floor walk up. It was quite difficult with luggage. Just be aware.

The apartment is really lovely and located close to a lot of interesting attractions. Mercat de la Boqueria is a short walk way along with the beach, Plaça de Catalunya, and others. The host was very accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay by a day.

This place is incredibly charming and perfectly matches the gothic character of its Barcelona location. The kitchen is very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in. The location couldn’t be better—supermarkets, shops, the beach, and the train system are all within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby.One thing to note is that the entryway is quite narrow, so carrying large suitcases up to the fourth floor can be a bit challenging. That said, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the place offers.Communication with the landlord was smooth and prompt throughout the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

We were so happy with the location, the space, the overall experience was more than I ever could’ve expected. The owner of the property and the agent were very accommodating to all my needs. Highly appreciated the transfer to in front of the airport. I would have you recommend the space to anybody wanting to travel Barcelona MP in the heart of the city.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to lots of places to eat, shop, and sightseeing. Just know that you have to take your luggage up 5 flights of stairs. The staff was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Apartment was perfect for our family - fantastic location - plenty of room - great mini balconies with full size opening doors that also have separate opening window doors - great kitchen - would definitely recommend.

Cozy, clean, and interior looked even nicer than the photos. Beds were comfy. Stairs were steep, ok to climb, but bringing up the luggage was a challenge.

Fantastic location for a Barcelona visit

We had a fantastic time in Barcelona and this apartment was about perfect for us. The location is fantastic and it has everything you need. Only drawbacks were the stairs (as mentioned by others) but also the bathroom/shower aren't well lit and feel a bit dated/needing a renovation.

Lovely. Clean apartment

Apartment was in a great location., it was clean ,very comfortable and the beds were really comfortable. It had air conditioning and heat which is unusual. I would stay there again.

Awesome stay in the Gothic Quarter!

Great apartment! Old world charm and modern amenities. Excellent location if you want to visit the beach or downtown. Be aware the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Staircase is very narrow. Best to bring small luggage or just backpack.

Fabulous location!

Perfect for exploring everything Barcelona has to offer. Beds are comfy , heating worked very well , it was cold in Barcelona, and the kitchen had everything we needed. As has been mentioned in other reviews there are a lot of stairs and the building is old , which I loved, so you get exposed beams fabulous brick walls and slightly wonky stairs . We would happily stay again!

Perfect location. Apartment is clean, well furnished, has plenty of windows/doors that let fresh air and light in. Interesting layout on a street corner, 5-sided polygon shape. Excellent communication with Pia, who's in charge of all the details.It's been mentioned but the stairs, 4 stories, can be a challenge for some. First time seeing fully digital app-based door locks, loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was a good size, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent - right in the gothic quarter and very central to many tourist sights and transportation. The one thing to be aware of is accessibility. The apartment is on the 4th floor (counting the European way) so there are a lot of stairs to climb to get there (no elevator). If you would have issues climbing 75 steps to get in and out of the apartment, then this isn't the place for you.
