This is a gem! We loved our stay here. It is much more roomy as well as convenience in walking distance to major attractions than others we looked at. We felt like it gave us a true Roman experience. The price was great as well. The website pics don't do it justice. It is lovely!!! We want to stay here again sometime.

Located a 10 min walk from La Rambla in a street that we were told by local shopkeepers to be very careful in as it was a dangerous street to be on. The apartment which you need to climb 75 steps up to, did vaguely resemble the pictures online (less the mold). Each bed had one thin pillow per person and there was no communal recreational area for sitting at after a long day of site seeing. We had a little visit from 2 cockroaches which ensured none of us slept the second night, perhaps this would be difficult to control when there was a gap under the main door of a inch or so, enough to let some larger insects in. We could not regulate the showers either so all had cold showers. Would not stay again and would not recommend this property especially if you someone with disabilities like we did. The host also tried to invoice us for a further €360 euro saying we did not confirm the correct number of people staying, when I searched for a property on Expedia it was for 8 people, as who in their right mind would pay £984 for 2 people for 2 nights when you could stay in La Rambla in 4/5 star hotel for that!
