We loved this house and our stay! Great location across the street from the beach and close to fishing dock. Pet friendly was a bonus! Great deck with clean view.

Great property

This is our second time staying at Toddy’s. Blanche is a great host and communicates well. The property is in a great location in Cherry Grove.

Refreshing

As a wife, dementia patient caregiver, toddler mom and hound dog momma, I can honestly say that all of our specific needs were met. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the gated deck areas. My only suggestion would be to update the full bed mattresses. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend booking Toddy's.

Family vacation

Beautiful home with easy access to the beach. Super clean!! Perfect size for our family of 5 adults and our dog. Weather was great and we were able to enjoy time on the decks (really appreciate the gates on the deck!!). Will definitely look forward to returning!!

Absolutely perfect

House was awesome! We just had to cross the street, and we were at the beach. Our dogs totally enjoyed it and we did too. Loved the fact that the deck was gated. The dogs would go out to sunbathe for a bit each day. This was a wonderful escape from the cold in Napa.

Very nice accommodations!

The house is very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. I have been renting houses and condos for years and this one was one of the cleanest. That is extremely important to me, I was impressed! The ease of walking to the beach was great too!

Excellent

We have stayed at Blanches properties for many years. This was the first time at Toddy’s and it did not disappoint. Great home, clean and comfortable. Blanche is great to work with and we love her homes. Highly recommend!

Couple of issues

We had trouble getting tv in living area to work. Host offered to come help but we had a wedding to attend and didn’t schedule a time with hist. Pillows on king size bed definitely need to be replaced.

Family Trip

The house was beautiful and clean. Very short walk to the beach. We loved that our dogs could join us on our vacation. Our youngest son now calls it our new house!

We truly didn’t want to leave!

This lovely and well-equipped home is a wonderful place to relax and have fun. The beach is just steps away and it’s a quick drive or walk (about a mile) to the inlet. We went every night to enjoy incredible sunsets. Another plus: no elevators to contend with when doggies need to go out! We plan to return to to Toddy’s!

Perfect Place

When we arrived at Toddy's beach house we were greated by the owner's love of Boston Terriers. This was our first trip with our very own Boston, Mollie and we knew the week was going to be perfect. The house was clean and the layout of the home was perfect. What made things even better is that we were located right across the street from the ocean. Daily, we enjoyed porch sitting on both porches to take in the views. The home had everything we needed and more. We loved this home so much, we have already started talking about staying here again.

Great house, perfect location

This is a nicely laid out house with everything we needed. Super clean and right across the street from beach access path. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the front porch listening to the waves and a beautiful inter-coastal waterway view from the back porch.

Great house in an ideal location!

The pictures don't do this place justice. We were super happy with the condition of the house, it's bigger than it looks in the photos, and well appointed. Very comfortable furniture. Across the street is the public walkway to the beach. A one-mile beach walk lands you at the point, which was pristine and nearly empty. Absolutely gorgeous. Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We will definitely go back!

Cozy three bedroom place with great location

We visited off season (Oct). House location is literally across the street from the beach! The house itself is cozy and as advertised. We rented it for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday and brought 4 of her friends The setup with a master and the other two bedrooms was PERFECT! They even had a beautiful tall mirror in the hallway that the teens loved taking selfies in front of - important for their age. :)

Not quite up to par

We discovered ants on our second day and found out that the Garbage can below the house wasn’t emptied from the prior quest stay so we ended up with ants coming into the kitchen. Floors need a good moping, vacuuming only doesn’t keep your feet from getting black when you walk around in bare feet. Living room furniture smelled and there was cereal,etc under the cushions. First VRBO and probably will be the last one based on this experience.

Perfection!

Beautiful property, clean, comfy beds (just get the linen package, it is 100% worth it!). The beach is right there, the area is beautiful, I could go on and on! Some great restaurants in the area and a nice grocery store around 5 minutes away. Kitchen was stocked to cook so we just bought paper plates and plastic utensils. The grill worked fine and the patio was nice! If you go for July 4th, the was a great little Golf Kart parade that went around the neighborhood too, the kids loved that! 10/10, would definitely stay again!
