We're so sorry your stay wasn't what you expected. We completely understand your frustration, especially with the moisture and odor concerns. We do want to share that our team put a lot of time and effort into getting to the bottom of the issue after your departure. We discovered a disconnected AC duct in the attic that was contributing to the problem. Between the AC repairs, dehumidifiers, treatments, and cleaning, we're happy to report that the odor is now gone! The owner has also replaced the dryer, so that's been taken care of, too. We also appreciate you pointing out the cleanliness concerns. That's not the standard we expect from our team, and we've followed up with housekeeping. Beach towels and coffee supplies aren't included in our starter amenities, but we appreciate the suggestion. We know none of this changes your experience, but we did want you to know that your concerns were heard, taken seriously, and addressed. We hope to have you back for a 5 star beach vacation!

We stock bath towels based on the home's maximum occupancy, and each property is equipped with a washer and dryer so guests can easily refresh towels throughout their stay.
