Great place for a family to soak up the sun. Everything worked good other than the spa, had to mess with it and call to get it turned on, not great value for 75 a day for the heated spa..

Please read before renting! So not worth the 600ish 150 a day now for spa and pool heating which has almost doubled since we paid 350ish 115 for heating the first week of May '26? This was my 20th VRBO rental in 23 years. Unfortunately, it is the one with the most problems so it is the worst review I have ever written. I asked the property manager to confirm there was ICE in the rental as it is in the list of amenities before we went (and presumed filtered water, both a necessity in Arizona) and I also asked about pool towels. The answer back was yes. I also asked about salt and pepper. The answer was no, so had to buy that. Then we arrived there was NO ice and NO filtered water at all. We had to buy them too!! No pads for the HARD chaise loungers. Pool towels were horribly thin, they brought better ones the next day. The pool and spa heating was a nightmare! We never got the spa to heat and pool heat pump turned off in the middle of the night so we lost 1/2 days of swimming. We got charged for both, with a fight to refund partial amount for the loss. VRBO covered the rest, thanks VRBO! They said we shoulda called them first. The house and pool are pretty. Lots of umbrellas, night lights and nice linens. This could be a great rental but needs things fixed, like the pool/spa heating issues, no ice or filtered water and add a table and chairs outside plus salt n pepper etc. So if you rent this place, good luck having a warm morning swim or hot spa in the winter.
