The detached villa is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property onto the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.
