Located in the small, original village of Sveti Anton is our charming holiday home with its special charm. The location, only 2.2 kilometers from the sea and the popular harbor town of Malinska, combines the seclusion of the tourist bustle with Croatian village life and the proximity to the sea as well as a variety of sporting and cultural recreational opportunities. From the house, the sea can be reached on a small path through oak groves also on foot or with the bicycles available at the house.
The former stable in rustic style with the historical threshing floor in the fenced garden was rebuilt from 2006 to a modern two-storey residential building and equipped high-quality and officially belongs to the cultural-historical protected part of the settlement of the island of Krk.
It offers 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people (plus baby travel bed), a well-equipped kitchen, TV, Internet / Wi-Fi, 2 sun terraces, 1 garden shower, 2 parking spaces, 5 bicycles. Of course, the house is air conditioned and has a pellet stove for colder seasons.
From Munich Malinska can be reached by car in just 6 hours.
Rijeka Airport is located at the beginning of the island just after the picturesque bridge connecting Krk with the mainland. Flights are offered from Cologne, Berlin, Munich and Stuttgart directly to Krk.
The island of Krk offers impressive changing vegetation zones and is ideal for mountain biking, hiking, climbing, diving, windsurfing, wakeboarding, island hopping ... Beautiful bays with turquoise blue sea and clear water invite you to snorkel and relax.

Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert, groß genug für 6 (auch wenn wir nur 5 waren)! Überdachte Terrasse und Garten sind sehr schön. (Auto empfohlen).Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen. Krk ist nicht so groß es gibt viel zu unternehmen (baden, wandern, tauchen)

Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in diesem schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die ruhige Lage war ideal zum Abschalten und Erholen. Trotzdem waren Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht allzuweit entfernt und wir können das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Aktivitäten sehr empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm, sehr freundlich und verlief reibungslos. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Es war eine tolle Woche im Februar. Mit dem Pelletofen war es eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Annika (die Verwalterin) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Hündin schloß sehr schnell Freundschaft mit dem Nachbarhund.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderbare Wochen in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, absolut sauber und gepflegt und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein Milchaufschäumer liegt in der Küche bereit - wundervoll :) Die Lage ermöglicht vielfältige Ausflüge auf der gesamten Insel. Viele tolle Buchten und Strände konnte wir so entdecken! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist jederzeit abolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin vor Ort ist uneingeschränkt unkompliziertet und sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub

Ein tolles Ferienhaus auf einer wunderschönen Insel. Wir hatten einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub. Zwar liegt das Haus etwas abseits vom Stadtkern, allerdings hat man dadurch auch seine Ruhe, denn dort ist in den Ferien die Hölle los. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super freundlich und angenehm. Die Insel ist wirklich schön. Man kann sich viel angucken. Durch die Kiesstrände ist das Meer ganz klar und blau....Wasserschuhe sind auf jeden Fall eine gute Investition.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für Familienurlaub

sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Dorf Sveti Anton, ca. 2km von Malinska entfernt. in Malinska befinden sich der nächstgelegene Strand und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles sehr sauber, praktisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben das Ferienhaus in unserem Familienurlaub als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Strandausflüge und Wanderungen auf der ganzen Insel genutzt. Ein Auto ist also empfehlenswert, wenn man hier bucht. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Was ein schöner Urlaub!

Hervorzuheben gleich zu Beginn die freundliche, um alles bemühte und persönliche Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Auch vor Ort hilfsbereite und sehr nette Verwalterin. Ein gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage, aber nah zu Malinska mit tollen Restaurants, familien- und hundefreundlichen Bademöglichkeiten. Mehrere sehr schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Ausstattung perfekt, wir fanden am einen Regentag sogar etliche Spiele, Puzzle, Malutensilien. Jeden Tag nur ein paar Schritte zum Ziegenwirt, ein Highlight für die Kinder. Hier gibt es auch grandiosen Käse, Olivenöl und Honig. Spielplatz in wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Wir kommen sicher gern wieder!

Charmantes Haus im alten Ortskern

Wir waren als Familie im Juli 2021 in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt im Zentrum eines ursprünglichen, kroatischen Dorfes und ist modern renoviert. Dank der Fahrräder ist der Strand gut erreichbar. Kleiner Tipp: Im Haus ist eine Mappe mit Hausinfos hinterlegt. Diese sollte man sich direkt nach Ankunft durchlesen, da die Informationen darin sehr hilfreich sind.

Wunderbar restauriertes Steinhaus

Ein sehr schönes Haus in top Zustand. Sehr gute Ausgangsbasis für diverse Strände und ins Landesinnere. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Betreuung war perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Im kleinen Dorf fühlt man sich wohl. Wer es in Fußweite zum Strand mag ist hier natürlich naturgemäß falsch.

Tolles Ferienhaus...viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt

Superschönes Ferienhaus und bestens ausgestattet! Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise und hatten viel zu wenig Zeit, die tolle grüne Insel und ihre zahlreichen Strände zu erkunden. Besonders genossen haben wir die Frühstücksterrasse auf dem "Guvno" mit direktem Blick auf die kleine Dorfkirche und den Aperitiv in der chilligen Loungeecke auf der Dachterrasse des Ferienhauses 👍🌴🌞. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder mit mehr Zeit zum Verweilen!
