Our stay at Villa Aves was very relaxing and exceeded our expectations. The home offers comfort and privacy. Each suite has its own private bathroom and individual air conditioning, which made it perfect for our group. There are 3 suites in front of the pool and then the Casita with it’s own living area and kitchen and a suite in the main house. It’s an ideal setup for a family vacation, multi-generations, or a couples’ getaway where everyone can enjoy their own space.The location is fantastic, walkable to the beach and close to everything in Playa Flamingo, and Playa Potrero. The house has recently been renovated and stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, poolside loungers, and comfortable outdoor seating. We spent most of our time outside. The table for 10 we could all eat together and then relax in rocking chairs, outdoor sofa set or enjoy the comfortable chaise lounges by the pool. We even got in a game of ping pong while we were waiting on the grill. Between Jesus and Patricia, the property was very well maintained. We also felt incredibly safe during our stay thanks to the gated entrance, the police station behind the house and Jesus living on property.One of the highlights was having Patricia prepare meals for us; it was a welcomed convenience that made the experience feel even more relaxing and special.
