Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom house in Spartansburg. The superb sleeping arrangements include all new mattresses on two queen beds and a cozy bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. Front bedroom has one Queen and back bedroom has one Queen and a twin bunk bed. Dining room table has seating for 6 as does the living room. The home has been recently decorated and appointed with all new furniture and linens , and nearly every amenity, including a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Great detail has been given to creating a warm ,inviting and spacious set up for quests. Home has good WiFi and cable TV as well as a great variety of dvds, books, games and puzzles. Take home a novel off our shelves of several hundred. We also include a complimentary dozen eggs from our chickens spring thru fall. Guests find comfort year-round with a brand new heating and air conditioning system, while the bathroom features a large walk-in shower and full washer and dryer. Visiting Spartansburg is like going back in time, in a good way. Two excellent restaurants , one serving alcohol, and a home town grocery, plus a Dollar General. Spartansburg has Clear Lake, a scenic lake within walking distance of our home, plus a playground, picnic pavilions and a bike path on the old railroad grade. We are also surrounded by Old Order Amish farms, mills and little stores. Close to Canadohta Lake, Corry and Union City, 15 miles from Titusville and 30 to Erie. Our back yard also has chickens, ducks and bunnies for you to visit, and a lovely green view from the back porch which is filled with plants in the summer months. There is a propane grill , fire ring with wood supplied, and table and chairs for six. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this fantastic home offers a welcoming retreat.
