Convenient location, great private deck on the roof, very spacious, comfortable beds, nicely fixed up old building, secure garage parking. Great communication by host. Very good value.

Gorgeous place - so much space. Very high end decor and lots of little details - fantastic kitchen, 2 living areas and a really great rooftop space, ample free parking available. Location is superb - walk to river market and the street car. Well appointed, luxurious space coupled with easy check in, great KC location and the host is wonderful to work with. We would stay here every time we visit KC.

Very spacious, nicely fixed up, with a private roof deck. Deck has shade in the late afternoons. Beds very comfortable, nice furnishings, AC kept it perfectly cool. Great location - we left the car parked in the private garage most of the time, walked to River Market and the streetcar which got us into the city and to the Plaza. Host was very responsive and accommodating. This will be our first choice to book for the next KC trip.

This rental is the real deal. We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and couldn't have been happier with our experience.The location is fantastic—close enough to walk to downtown, the farmers market, river walk and the tram, which can take you all the way to The Plaza, WW1 museum, or over to the women's soccer stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. (There are sirens at night.) We never had any concerns walking to and from our destinations.The home itself is beautifully decorated and perfect for gathering with family and friends. We stayed with our three adult children and their spouses, and there was plenty of room for everyone without ever feeling crowded. The house offers multiple comfortable seating areas, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.One of our favorite features was the outdoor space. The back deck was amazing, and we especially enjoyed spending evenings on the rooftop deck. We even lit the gas fire feature on the balcony and relaxed together at the end of the day.Another great perk was the garage underneath the home, which provided secure parking and peace of mind throughout our stay.A quick note for future guests: this is an older building with several steep stairways. If anyone in your group has difficulty navigating stairs, this may not be the best fit.Overall, this is a wonderful, well-planned rental that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.
