Summary:

The Condo is 2 blocks from Main St and 2 blocks from South Main (breweries/food/shopping/whitewater park/trail systems).



You'll be a 5 min walk to the river, mtn bike pump track, and trail systems with gorgeous views of the Collegiate Peaks. Under 5 min from everything in downtown BV.



We have two desks with external monitors (1 in each bedroom) for those that need to work remotely and need privacy.



We are centrally located for skiing/snowboarding, hiking, mtn biking, ATV/jeeping, etc

We hope you enjoy your stay here. Below are a few extra items about the condo:



70” Samsung smart TV - bring your own credentials :)



We have a gas grill on the front porch.



There are games just inside the entryway.



There are external monitors in each bedroom in case you need to “work from home”.



This a a downstairs unit and upstairs is also a short term rental.



Bedroom 1 is a 34” widescreen with the following hook ups:

-1 DisplayPort -1 HDMI



Bedroom 2 is a 30” monitor with 2 HDMI ports



If you're in to fly fishing, I spend most of my free time on the water - let me know where you'll be fishing and I'll help put you on some fish!



We love living downtown, being able to walk everywhere is a big perk!



Everything in the downtown BV area is within walking distance.



This house DOES NOT have AC. Most homes in Buena Vista and other mountain towns don't have AC including this one. There are ceiling fans or portable fans at the property for your use to help keep you cool. Please note that opening windows at night and closing them in the morning helps a ton.



Guest Access:

Guests can enter the condo through the front door with a unique guest code. There is one parking spot designated for this condo marked with the condos number. Other unmarked parking is avalible as well.



The Neighborhood:

This is a condo complex located in the heart of Buena Vista. Right around the corner you'll find pickleball courts, a skate park, playgrounds, biking pump track, the river and access to hiking along the river.



Getting Around:

This property is walkable to South Main and downtown Buena Vista.



Interaction with Guests:

Hosts are locals and live in town. They are available when needed but leave the guests alone to enjoy their stay.
