Our stay at the cottage in August was wonderful. The place was super clean and very comfortable, and had a modern, fully equiped kitchen. The birds feeding in front of the window gave us beautiful shows throughout the day. The large patio offers a glimpse of the mountains while bathing in the sun. Parking beside the cottage is spacious, very convenient and well marked. A big thank you to our hosts. We hope to be back!

A perfect 5-star stay at the Woodstock Chill home!We had an incredible weekend at the Woodstock Chill home! Kurt is an amazing host and so nice to talk with. During his welcoming tour, he shared that the house was hand built by his father when Kurt was little, which makes this unique, one of a kind home feel even more special.Every room was cozy and very comfortable, especially the beds. The house truly had everything you could imagine you only need to bring your clothes and a toothbrush! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, kettles, and a Keurig, while the bathrooms had plenty of shampoo, conditioners, and soaps. Kurt even left out games and bubbles for the kids, and deer food for my grandson to feed the deer in the driveway every morning!Our absolute favorite daily routine was sitting by the very large kitchen window affectionately known as the "Discovery Channel" window to drink our morning coffee and watch the local birds, hummingbirds, squirrels, and chipmunks. The mountain views are beautiful, and the huge deck is perfect for relaxing.The location is excellent and very close to Woodstock town, making it easy to enjoy the great restaurants and shops. We give this home a perfect 5-star rating and cannot wait to come back! Thanks Kurt!

This is not your normal sterile VRBO. This is a much beloved home. And OMG the view through the kitchen window! Kurt (the host) met us and he had just filled the feeders so the birds were everywhere! He showed us around the house and pointed out all the features that his dad had built into the property. I loved having a bedroom upstairs since my arthritis is not crazy about stairs - I managed the once daily trip for the shower downstairs. So many deer in the area! My husband even fed one by hand! A bear also showed up (he didn't feed that by hand - the bear helped himself). Kurt was extremely gracious and very communicative. Really a dream house.
