Leonardo Arms 230 is a beautifully updated monthly vacation condo located directly on the beach at the desirable Leonardo Arms condominium. This beachfront retreat offers stunning, unobstructed Gulf views and a comfortable, modern interior designed for extended stays. The condo is nicely decorated throughout, and the recently remodeled kitchen provides a fresh, functional space for cooking at home. Just past the kitchen is a dining area with seating for four, which opens into a stylish living room furnished with comfortable modern couches and a flatscreen TV. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony, where guests can relax and enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views.

The master bedroom is a spacious and inviting retreat featuring a California king bed, its own TV, beautiful views of the Gulf, and a convenient workspace with a desk and chair. The master bathroom has also been recently updated and includes a sleek walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing privacy and convenience for visiting family or friends.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. There are building elevators, ample on-site parking, and laundry facilities in the building for your convenience.

Guests staying at Leonardo Arms 230 can head downstairs to enjoy the resort-style pool or walk directly onto the sandy beach right in their backyard. Leonardo Arms features a private heated pool that overlooks the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico (not the parking lot); BBQ and picnic area for grilling under a Tiki Hut; and 7 miles of gorgeous white sandy beach in your backyard where you can do some shell collecting, bird watching, dolphin watching, excellent fishing, or just embrace the laid back Florida lifestyle and soak up the sun on your morning walk.

Located on the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, the condo offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to local conveniences. The newly reopened Santini Marina Plaza is just across the street and features restaurants, shops, and a welcoming island vibe. This condo is the perfect place to unwind, work remotely, or enjoy a long, relaxing stay by the water.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise green Gulf waters.
