Set on nearly a quarter-acre, this fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch offers easy one-level living with an open floor plan, central air, and brand-new furnishings throughout. Recently repainted with new flooring and beautifully refreshed decking.
The riverside deck with awning is the ultimate outdoor living space, providing breezes and shade as you enjoy gorgeous water views. Watch boats cruise by, kayakers and paddleboarders glide past, and local wildlife in its natural habitat. There is truly nothing like life on the water. Spend your days boating, fishing, swimming, or heading out from your private dock toward the mouth of the river and Narragansett Beach for a little more action, or cruise upriver where it widens into calm, peaceful waters.
Inside, the open-concept kitchen and living areas are designed to capture beautiful river views, allowing you to enjoy the scenery whether you're preparing meals, dining, or relaxing indoors. The spacious primary bedroom is complemented by two additional bedrooms, making it ideal for hosting friends and guests throughout the summer. After a day on the water, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, fire up the grill, and enjoy dinner overlooking the river as the sun sets. Just a short stroll to the neighborhood beach, with easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and ice cream.
