Village - Central location
Immaculate and spacious apartment in Jamestown's village center , walk to restaurants, Marina, ferry to Newport , shops, grocery store, playground, library and a short bike ride to the town beach. Location of unit is on second and third floor of a mixed use building. Main floor has large open living room, wonderful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, with a bedroom w/ 1 Queen bed and ensuite bath. Third floor has another extra large bedroom with 1 Queen & 2 Twin beds (Twin beds are available for kids 12 and under due to town ordinance and regulations that require us to state this)and ensuite bath. Unit Sleeps 6 w/children or 4 adults.

I manage the property for a Local Couple who have lived in Jamestown for over 45 years and raised two children on the island. They enjoy our town and have participated in many organizations on the island over the years. They truly enjoy the beauty of Jamestown and all that island living gives. This is an owner occupied building as they too enjoy its location and proximity to all what the the down town location provides.
