Our vacation apartments, newly built in 2020, are bright, inviting, and comfortably furnished—ideal for a relaxing vacation on Usedom. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace for relaxing.
A parking space is located directly on the property, as is a cozy barbecue area for social evenings. Convenient storage space for bicycles is available in the courtyard.
The ground-floor vacation apartments are located in a quiet yet central area of Zinnowitz—just about a 15-minute walk from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The Zinnowitz train station is about a 5-minute walk away. Two supermarkets are located right nearby. The town center, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, is only about 700 meters away.
